On 1 July 2024, [[Quing of Kyaw Cen|Quing]] [[Marcy I]] of Kyaw Cen has proposed the idea of acquiring the peninsula to [[Agma Schwa]], the Bezuv of Xarslasja. A compromise was reached on the same day, making Ŋibraltar a Kyawcenni-Xarslasjunk condominium.

===Urbanization===
A few days after the founding of Ŋibraltar, Marcy I had been planning the future layout of the city secretly in only two days (8–9 July 2024) and the city officially began construction the day after the planning was finished. Her plan was to finish building the city in only a week.

On Day 1 (10 July), Marcy has built the underwater foundation of the future city, removed the top part of the old peninsula and finished constructing North Ŋibraltar, including the border, entrance, Northern Pier, Tourist Information Center and Cenrail® station (not including the actual rail connection).

====Day 2====
On Day 2 (11 July), Marcy has removed all remains of the old peninsula and finished building West Ŋibraltar, which is made up of Port Ŋibraltar, the ''Storridge Bildiŋ'', the Bench Place, house 4 and town hall.

====Day 3====
On Day 3 (12 July), Marcy has finished building East Ŋibraltar, which consists of the Corner Hotel and the New Café Kesh.
She wasn't able to continue building the day after due to her not being home.

====Day 4====
On Day 4 (14 July), Marcy has finished building South Ŋibraltar: Thasusa Point and the Ŋibraltar Fish building. She has built the flagpole, but not yet the flag, because she wanted to do that during the planned opening ceremony. She has also built a basement of the storage buidling for the clay and cactus farms and made improvements to the map on the city's entrance by marking notable sites and buidlings with banners, whose colors align with the color scheme of [[Kozdenen]]'s map. 
Marcy has planned on making a lof of signs in the city glow with glow ink sacs, so she tried building a glow squid farm in [[Port Marcy]]. But in an unexpected turn of events, [[Namnak Xhesas]] made her realize she had followed an outdated YouTube tutorial and the farm didn't work. Marcy was too tired to build a new farm on the same day, so she decided to end the day there.

====Day 5====
On Day 5 (15 July), Marcy has finished building the [[Cenrail]] line to [[Port Marcy]], together with [[Pleb]]. While building the tunnel, Marcy has encountered several water caves with glow squids, whose ink sacs could be used for the signs in the city. On that same day, [[Pleb]] and [[Agma Schwa]] have seen the newly built town for the first time. The bezuv also announced that he was going to build a street from [[Yuɱa]] there.

====Day 6====
On Day 6 (16 July), Marcy has supplied the stores like the New Café Kesh, Corner Hotel and Ŋibraltar Fish with the necessary supplies and food. After that, the territory was populated with parrots, dogs and cats from [[West Marcyland]], [[Shingtsun]] and [[Nedogotþa]] respectively. Then she built firework cannons in the water and prepared for the opening ceremony, finally completing the city on the planned date.

On Day 7 (17 July), the opening ceremony for Ŋibraltar was scheduled at 8pm UTC, but due to [[Agma Schwa]] not having confirmed his presence yet, the ceremony was postponed until further notice.

On Day 8 (18 July), the opening ceremony for Ŋibraltar finally took place at 8pm UTC. Originally, Marcy wanted [[Agma Schwa]] to be present at the ceremony for the whole time, but due to unfortunate time zones and working hours, this turned out to be harder than expected, which resulted in Agma not being planned in for the ceremony. Nevertheless, Agma has made a surprise visit to the city during the opening ceremony for about 60 seconds. 
The opening ceremony started with Marcy giving a speech about the history of the territory. Then, she gave the visitors a tour through the city from North to South and when arriving at Thasusa Point, she has hoised the flag of Ŋibraltar while playing the ''Cats'' disc on a jukebox. After that, she officially opened up the buffet and the ceremony ended.

The dolphin and starfish represent the local enviorment, while the wolf represents the artificial, yet strong, human presence (wolf as an alegory of an outsider, since a forest is quite not near; Munaku residents are not furries, even if a ferry is planned)

On 1 July 2024, [[Quing of Kyaw Cen|Quing]] [[Marcy I]] of Kyaw Cen has proposed the idea of acquiring the peninsula to [[Agma Schwa]], the Bezuv of Xarslasja. A compromise was reached on the same day, making Ŋibraltar a Kyawcenni-Xarslasjunk condominium.

===Urbanization===
A few days after the founding of Ŋibraltar, Marcy I had been planning the future layout of the city secretly in only two days (8–9 July 2024) and the city officially began construction the day after the planning was finished. Her plan was to finish building the city in only a week.
====Day 1====
On Day 1 (10 July), Marcy has built the underwater foundation of the future city, removed the top part of the old peninsula and finished constructing North Ŋibraltar, including the border, entrance, Northern Pier, Tourist Information Center and Cenrail® station (not including the actual rail connection).

====Day 2====
On Day 2 (11 July), Marcy has removed all remains of the old peninsula and finished building West Ŋibraltar, which is made up of Port Ŋibraltar, the ''Storridge Bildiŋ'', the Bench Place, house 4 and town hall.

====Day 3====
On Day 3 (12 July), Marcy has finished building East Ŋibraltar, which consists of the Corner Hotel and the New Café Kesh.
She wasn't able to continue building the day after due to her not being home.

====Day 4====
On Day 4 (14 July), Marcy has finished building South Ŋibraltar: Thasusa Point and the Ŋibraltar Fish building. She has built the flagpole, but not yet the flag, because she wanted to do that during the planned opening ceremony. She has also built a basement of the storage buidling for the clay and cactus farms and made improvements to the map on the city's entrance by marking notable sites and buidlings with banners, whose colors align with the color scheme of [[Kozdenen]]'s map. 
Marcy has planned on making a lof of signs in the city glow with glow ink sacs, so she tried building a glow squid farm in [[Port Marcy]]. But in an unexpected turn of events, [[Namnak Xhesas]] made her realize she had followed an outdated YouTube tutorial and the farm didn't work. Marcy was too tired to build a new farm on the same day, so she decided to end the day there.

====Day 5====
On Day 5 (15 July), Marcy has finished building the [[Cenrail]] line to [[Port Marcy]], together with [[Pleb]]. While building the tunnel, Marcy has encountered several water caves with glow squids, whose ink sacs could be used for the signs in the city. On that same day, [[Pleb]] and [[Agma Schwa]] have seen the newly built town for the first time. The bezuv also announced that he was going to build a street from [[Yuɱa]] there.

====Day 6====
On Day 6 (16 July), Marcy has supplied the stores like the New Café Kesh, Corner Hotel and Ŋibraltar Fish with the necessary supplies and food. After that, the territory was populated with parrots, dogs and cats from [[West Marcyland]], [[Shingtsun]] and [[Nedogotþa]] respectively. Then she built firework cannons in the water and prepared for the opening ceremony, finally completing the city on the planned date.

====Day 7====
On Day 7 (17 July), the opening ceremony for Ŋibraltar was scheduled at 8pm UTC, but due to [[Agma Schwa]] not having confirmed his presence yet, the ceremony was postponed until further notice.

====Day 8====

On Day 8 (18 July), the opening ceremony for Ŋibraltar finally took place at 8pm UTC. Originally, Marcy wanted [[Agma Schwa]] to be present at the ceremony for the whole time, but due to unfortunate time zones and working hours, this turned out to be harder than expected, which resulted in Agma not being planned in for the ceremony. Nevertheless, Agma has made a surprise visit to the city during the opening ceremony for about 60 seconds. 
The opening ceremony started with Marcy giving a speech about the history of the territory. Then, she gave the visitors a tour through the city from North to South and when arriving at Thasusa Point, she has hoised the flag of Ŋibraltar while playing the ''Cats'' disc on a jukebox. After that, she officially opened up the buffet and the ceremony ended.
