Ŋǝltaicists generally hold three major points in support of the Ŋǝltaic language family:
# The level of influence that Saxo-Syzkynic appears to have had on Humoric. [[Wharfordish]], [[lgfx:Jokelang 2]], and [[VötGil]] share many similarities with Saxo-Syzkynic languages, to the point that the Saxo-Humoric language family is significantly more supported than full Ŋǝltaic. In particular, the language [[English]] appears to be influential. Jokelang 2 has similar phonology and orthography to English. Non-Glamothian Wharfordish has similar phonology and orthography to modern English, while Glamothian has similar phonology to middle or early modern English, though with significant Celtic-like features. VötGil has similar phonology to English, and appears to have loaned a significant portion of the vocabulary of English. Space Cowboy, a non-[[Ŋearth]]ling language, has similar orthography and vocabulary to English, to the point that if it can be proven that Space Cowboy originates on the Ŋearth, it would likely cement Saxo-Humoric as a language family, lending credence to Ŋǝltaic.
# The source code for the Luŋər Client is written in a language known as "18 USC 2319", an international auxiliary language for inter-pirate communication. 18 USC 2319 is meant to be a combination of all languages known for piracy, including many of the ones which would be part of Ŋǝltaic. The fact that this language both exists and sees regular use implies that Ŋǝltaic is a real language family. In other auxiliary languages like Interslavic, which also sees significant use, the similarities among the constituent languages are key to the auxiliary language's success.

However, similarly to [[French]], attestations of Proto-Humoric being a Saxo-Syzkynic language are inconclusive.

==Relation to other language families==
Saxo-Syzkynic appears to have great influence on the Humoric language family. In particular, [[lgfx:Jokelang 2]] and [[Wharfordish]] have exceedingly similar phonology and orthography to [[English]]. This has caused many linguistic scholars to propose a language family known as [[Ŋǝltaic]].

Traditionally, the Ŋǝltaic language family comprises of [[Saxo-Syzkynic languages|Saxo-Syzkynic]], Humoric, and {{wp|Romance languages|Romance}}, but some scholars expand the definition to also include {{wp|Japonic languages|Japonic}} and [[Evil Scamming language|Capitalistic]]. ==Flag and banner==
The Civuyiscajrn banner and flag are made to represent the province's proximity and appreciation of the world border. Gold represents the border, being displayed on the right of the flag rather than the bottom due to Knrawi maps generally having East at the top rather than North, red represents the province, and black represents the surrounding seas and wilderness waiting to be tamed.

The proportions of each part of the flag aren't strict, except the gold must form 45° triangles and the corner triangles must be twice as long as any number of central triangles.

The currency of Civuyiscajrn is the Kuua /ˈku(w)ə/ (Standard Knrawi kuua [k̠ʊ˥wɛ], plural kùua [k̠ʊ˩wɛ]; Soc'ul' cüa [kʷwa˧]). It is valued at 1 Kuua per [[Petrified Oak Slab]], and for practical purposes ''kuua'' (literally "currency" in Knrawi) is just a Knrawi translation of ''Petrified Oak Slab''.

Kozdenen's first significant infrastructure project - the Great Kozdenen Viaduct - was constructed on 9 February 2024, spanning the entirety of the country and connecting it to the mainland along a north-south axis. The country's [[Cenrail]] station was opened to passengers to and from [[Imersial]] on 18 February 2024, with an extension of the line to [[Enkavak]] quickly following; a connection between the Great Kozdenen Viaduct and [[Vee's Base]] was completed and opened 2 March, enabling travel to and from Kozdenen in all four cardinal directions.

=== Acquisition of the Blighted Shrine ===
While Doge [[User:Total pleb|Peleṽa Thoa-Saevakki]] was assisting in the construction of a railway line between the [[City State of Amuj]] proper and its colony of [[Mawg (Amuj)|Mawg]] (later part of the Aquatic line), it was discovered that the planned route ran directly underneath an Ocean Monument - within the [[Amujan Sea]] - when its resident Elder Guardians induced mining fatigue on the Doge at a rate which drinking milk could not sufficiently catch up with. In retalliation, Thoa-Saevakki stormed the monument and slew its Elder Guardians, subsequently claiming the shrine on 7 May 2024 as the Blighted Shrine Protectorate for the purpose of converting it into a Guardian farm and potentially transferring it to UŊ administration at a later date. The [[Blighted Shrine]] Guardian farm was completed on 15 May 2024, with a [[Cenrail]] station opened underneath it later that day.

==Geography==

The bulk of Kozdenen proper is comprised of Forest biomes, and was historically host to hilly terrain. However, the island has been converted into a flat Plains-like landscape as a result of extensive deforestation and other terraforming activities to clear space for continued urbanisation. A small stretch spanning the southeastern coastal region is Taiga.

==Politics==
Kozdenen is a constitutional republic. Though its political system contains limited democratic elements, the country itself is not a democracy, with popular representation remaining indirect, subject to the whims of the existing political class. Central to Kozdenen's political system are the Doge (head of state and government) and Grand Boule (chief legislative body). There is currently no permanent seat of government, although design plans for a central government palace on Parliament Island are in the drafting process.

===Executive and judiciary===
The chief executive body is the Presidium of the Republic of Kozdenen, also known as the Hand of the Doge. This body is comprised of 5 members, appointed and headed by - and including - the Doge. Members are selected from the Grand Boule, and are responsible for various aspects of the country's governance. Though this is not stated in law, it is typical for the Presidium to wield legislative initiative, drafting legislation for the remainder of the Grand Boule to approve. The Presidium serves not only as the country's primary executive body, but as its chief judiciary body, serving as a council of magistrates in court cases.

The position of Doge is filled through an internal election among the Grand Boule, who also reserve the right to file motions of no confidence against either the Doge or other members of the Presidium with a straight majority. The Doge serves as chair of both the Grand Boule in general and the Presidium in particular.

The Grand Boule of Kozdenen is the country's supreme legislative body, and is unicameral in nature. Its membership is comprised of elected representatives, two from each of the country's officially recognised labour collectives. Membership of the Grand Boule is for life, with a position becoming vacant upon death or retirement. Upon the opening of a vacancy, members of the labour collective concerned nominate a slate of three candidates per vacancy (usually only one) to be considered by the remainder of the Grand Boule's membership, who make the final decision on which candidate(s) to admit into their ranks.

The Grand Boule has the power to draft and approve the country's legislation, although in practice legislative initiative is left as the Presidium's prerogative under normal circumstances. Upon approval from the Grand Boule, legislation officially has the force of law.

Coldba (Cuba)'s history on [[Season 2|Nguhcraft Season 2]] started in Early-to-Mid January 2022 with Kate finding and building in a small portion of North Coldba Island. She had a small hole in a glacier with her stuff, and built a large fort.. then she logged off and didn't log back on again until June 2024.

On June 12th, 2024, Kate rejoined Nguhcraft and she officially declared the [[Coldba (Cuba)|Empire of Coldba (Cuba)]]. Shortly thereafter there was a meeting to get Coldba (Cuba) admitted into the [[United Ŋations]]. At the time of writing Coldba (Cuba) remains a member.

On July 23rd, 2024, The Coldban (Cuban) citizen of MAGNVS laid out claims for his new country of [[Oberia]], unknowingly claiming the [[Showhen Islands]] that the Kingdom of Kyaw Cen had wanted to claim. While MAGNVS was away from the discussion, Quing Marcy jokingly threatened starting a world war over the islands, to which Kate, the Empress of Coldba (Cuba), stated that she would protect her citizen MAGNVS and her ally of Oberia in such a conflict. Things heated up as Namnak, the Magistrate of Enkavak, announced he was an ally of Kyaw Cen and as such join on the side of Kyaw Cen. Luckily for Kyaw Cen and Enkavak, things cooled down when MAGNVS rejoined the discussion and offered a peaceful solution to the issue.

On July 23rd and 24th of 2024, Kate attempted to claim a colony for Coldba (Cuba) in the island of [[Birchill]] but a neighbour to the islands, [[Þunan Qumreá]] declared plans to expand to those islands in the near future. Kate then decided to back down from those claims.

* On July 27th, 2024, On behalf of Fin, Kate claimed the area of Port Fin as a colony of Coldba (Cuba).

On August 3rd, 2024, Kate relinquished the area of Port Fin to Fin, as it became [[Port of Eras|the Port of Eras]].

Vilantnen is situated in the [[Land of Chaos]], east of [[Latium]] and directly south across the river from [[Paul]]. It may be accessed by [[Cenrail]] to Idanopolis in Latium, then taking the local rail. Vilantnen is entirely comprised of plains and a few different types of forest. It is bounded by rivers all sides, except for a small part of land connecting it to Latium.

In April, after stranded on a nearby island, sailors from the faraway land of Morytia set sight on the island for true refuge. Their ship got wrecked onto the shallow shore of those islands so they swam to the big island and began constructing small huts out of nearby trees. As the settlement grew, the inhabitants began calling it '''Tin Czägrÿ''' as it had brought them the salvation that they needed, a true refuge.

In October, massive construction projects rapidly appeared in the city as it continued expanding to increase potential tourism. With its expansion came a new name, Czägrÿxyx.

Chillvana is the capital city of [[Coldba (Cuba)]], located in the northwest of the nation. It is currently the most populous city by player population, as 5 of the 7 Coldban player citizens have a residence there. The city is a cultural and architectural center for the nation.

== Etymology ==
As "Coldba" is a portmanteau of "cold" + "Cuba," the capital city is a parallel. It's "chill" + "Havana" (the capital of the real-world Cuba).

== Geography ==
Chillvana lies in the northwest of Coldba. It is situated on the coast, with the city center lying on top of land at the confluence of the [[Coldban Ocean]] and two frozen rivers. The city is comprised of a snowy beach and snowy plains, which can be seen underneath the grand torch grid. The area is primarily flat, with some rolling hills; this has contributed to the orderly development of the city's structure.

Chillvana operates on a grid-based street layout. The streets are 3 blocks wide, made of spruce bottom slabs, with a trim of stone brick stairs on either side. At each intersection, the center slab is waterlogged to allow for riptide tridents to be used. Each intersection is spaced 32 blocks apart from the next, and the interior space of each block of the city is 29x29 blocks. The north-south roads are avenues, and the east-west ones are streets. From west to east, the avenues (each named for an important feature of the nation; most from [[Old Cuba]]) are as follows: Singularity, Castle, Torchgrid, Stormalong, and Everglacier. From north to south, the streets are as follows: Sprutia, Navia, Station, Sesame, Main, Boardwalk, and uhhh idk we don't have a name yet sorry.

Addresses are labeled going from the north- or west-most point of the relevant road. This system was created and implemented by [[Zhivämky]].

There are also several other footpaths not part of the grid. The [[Freezeway-01]], which turns into Stormalong Avenue, connects Chillvana directly to Old Cuba. The Bloomway, which extends from the intersection of Everglacier Avenue and Sesame Street, passes by the [[Chillvana Gardens]], reaching the suburb of [[Eastbay]]. There is also a path extending from the intersection of Singularity Avenue and Main Street that leads to the [[Holy Temple of Chillvana]], a cemetery, a nether roof portal, and trail ruins that are an archaeological site of the [[Chillvana Museum]].

In addition to the road network, Chillvana is also connected to [[Cenrail]]. The Cuban Line runs through here, providing a vital link to the other parts of the nation. To the north, the next stop is [[Anweigh]], and to the south, it's Old Cuba. The Cuban Line has a very high ratio of powered to regular rails, especially between Chillvana and Anweigh.

There are currently plans to expand Chillvana Station. These expansions will include work to the physical station building, along with the addition of 3 more rail lines. The planned Crystal Line will be an international Cenrail line, with stops planned at [[Byelaya Tepe]], [[Fin]]'s planned drowned farm, and the [[Port of Eras]]. The other 2 lines are local. The one that is Cenrail local will be a shuttle to the [[Arctic Circle Stadium]]. The other, a local transit system, will comprise the [[Chillvana Metro]]. The Metro will have stops around the Chillvana Metropolitan Area, providing quicker routes to key sites.

Janus' house is next to Fin's, and is even more incomplete. It has a big dirt spiral on it. Kate's house is inside an iceberg, at 1 Sesame Street.

Eastbay, a suburb, is home to Zhiv and [[Ann]]. Their houses are the only structures there.

==== City Hall ====
City Hall has 3 different addresses, for each of the 3 entrances to the main floor. This main floor is the communal storage of the nation, which all Coldbans are free to use. It is sorted by category. The second & third floors of City Hall have offices. On the second floor are the Office of Foreign Affairs and the Office of Building Affairs. On the third floor are the Treasury, the AAA meeting room, and the TBD.

The building is the epitome of Chillvan architecture, with its spruce and deepslate composition. It also features open windows, which allow better access. It is the tallest player-made structure in the city.

==== Chillvana Station ====
Another deepslate and spruce building, the open-air Chillvana Station serves as the entry point by rail to the city. It contains maps of the city and nation, as well as free minecarts and sweet berries. The old building was a small deepslate and spruce structure with several levels on the interior.

There are ongoing renovations to expand the station to include additional rail lines, as well as a larger building to serve as a visitor center. It is now the largest building in downtown, sitting at 25 by 37 blocks of space. The design is essentially an enlargement of the old building, retaining core design elements. It is constructed almost entirely of deepslate bricks and spruce. The longer east and west sides use straight pillars of spruce planks and stripped spruce logs, forming tall, thin window-like openings. The front of the building, the south facade, has large deepslate brick arches, much like the old building. The central one is the main entrance. The second floor of the south facade has a large clock and windows matching those on City Hall. The north face of the building has thinner deepslate arches.

==== Guardhouse ====
A small structure with a tower, the guardhouse serves as the nation's prison. It is located on Sesame Street. It is built almost entirely out of deepslate bricks.

==== Post Office ====
The Chillvana Post Office, located on Main Street, was built to replace the mail floor of the Capitol in Old Cuba. Both were built by Fin. The Chillvana Post Office uses spruce and deepslate on the exterior, but the interior uses various types of wood to color code the mailboxes. To one side are inboxes for each Coldban citizen, and to the other side are outboxes to other nations, categorized by general geographic location. In the middle is the national inbox.

==== Holy Temple of Chillvana ====
The largest structure in the city, the Temple was built by [[Magnvs]]. It is constructed out of deepslate and spruce, and has several different areas. A main courtyard features a tree hand built by Zhiv, and several other flowers. Past that, a small second floor mezzanine includes all 3 [[Pua (disambiguation)|Puan]] flowers. The main hall includes several allays and soul lanterns, in a grand hall. The temple is open for worship of any religion.

==== Chillvana Librarby ====
The librarby, made by Zhiv, is a small building on Sesame Street. It contains chiseled bookshelves with books in them. These include the [[Book of IPA]] and copies of Coldba's foreign treaties. Below the librarby is a cartography room.

The cemetery, built by Zhiv, is a small open air structure of deepslate and iron bars that lies just past the Temple. Currently, two bodies are buried there: Zhiv's horse Aubrey who died to powdered snow, and Bobert the frog, who jumped into lava on the way to the [[Froglight Farm]].

The '''Ŋibraltar Army Treaty Organization''' ('''ŊATO'''); Kyawcenni: '''Očakuw Truzenne Ahšêwne Ŋibrawtęne''' ('''OTAŊ''') is an interŋovernmental military alliance founded on 31 October 2024 in [[Ŋibraltar]]. Established in the aftermath of [[Coldba (Cuba)|Coldba]]'s threat to dissolve the [[United Ŋations]] and the [[Realm of Madness|Realm of Madness']] support of that threat. ŊATO closely follows the United Ŋations but is not an extension of it.

==History==
===Pre-Founding History===
During the nineteenth meeting of the [[United Ŋations]], a motion to dissolve the UŊ was processed but ultimately rejected with two in favor and fourteen against. Before the motion was processed, the country of [[Enkavak]] proclaimed that, if the motion was passed, they would declare war on every member that voted in favor. They were quickly followed by [[Kyaw Cen]] and [[Xtrakva]] stating that they would join Enkavak in the event of a war breaking out. Talks of a military alliance began shortly after the meeting had concluded. Around October 21, Xtrakva toyed around with a mutual alliance with Enkavak by the name of the ''Enkavak-Xtrakva Treaty and Relations Alliance (EXTRA)''.

===Writing of the Constitution===
On 31 October, 2024, the ŋations of [[Enkavak]], [[Hummland]], [[Kingdom of Kyaw Cen]] and [[Xtrakva]] gathered at the Ŋational Library in [[Ŋibraltar]] to draft up the Constitution of ŊATO. This session resulted in the original thirteen ŋarticles of the constitution as well as [[Villnark|Vÿl's]] ascendance to the role of secretary general of the organization. The session also produced the ten working languages of ŊATO, see Ŋarticle XII for more details. ŊATO, as an organization, was founded after this meeting.

On 11 November, 2024, by uŋanimous decision, the ŋation of [[Umraute]] (then known as Twanland) became the first country admitted to the organization.

===Ɱeeting I===
On 27 November, 2024, all five member ŋations gathered at the Hummland ŊATO headquarters for the first ŊATO ɱeeting. The agenda for the ɱeeting was short and concerned of two ɱotions. One to amend the constitution to allow a new ŋarticle and one to appoint someone to the role of general. The former was for the ratification of Ŋarticle XIV regarding the transferring of memberships from a member to a non-member. This was brought on due to the sudden creation of the [[Uzafnic Federation]] with Umraute becoming a constituent republic of it and could not control its military independent of the federation, thus creating a situation where the federation could declare war on ŊATO which would activate Ŋarticle V which would mean it's a declaration of war against Umraute. With uŋanimous support, Ŋarticle XIV entered the constitution, creating the first amendment of ŊATO and the first ŋarticle to be added to the constitution after its initial writing. The second ɱotion went smoothly as [[Hummus]] was elected first general of the organization. Talks have already began about the next ŊATO ɱeeting happening at some point inn the near future.

Ŋarticle XIV was fully tested out the following day when the four founding members agreed to transfer the membership of [[Umraute]] to the [[Uzafnic Federation]].

==Members==
ŊATO is made up of member ŋations. Each member ŋation is responsible for providing aid and troops to the organization. Non-member ŋations are allowed to apply for membership but ŊATO membership requires uŋanimous agreement. For more information about how members ŋations work, check out Ŋarticle I. ==Constitution==
===Ŋarticles===
Ŋarticles make up the governing rules of ŊATO. Every member ŋation is obligated to follow the ŋarticles. There are currently thirteen ŋarticles in the constitution. Additional ŋarticles can be added or removed in ɱotions passed during ŊATO ɱeetings. Ŋarticles are to be numbered with Roman numerals with the exception of any ŋarticle that bears the number 8 or 18 as they shall be written as "Ŋ8" and "Ŋ18" respectively. The following is a list of the current ŋarticles of ŊATO:

====Ŋarticle I. Military Structure====
The joint military consists of a number of soldiers or fractions given by member ŋations that are commanded by a common general who is appointed during a ɱeeting of ŊATO.

====Ŋarticle II. Attendance====
All member ŋations are obligated to take part in scheduled ɱeetings. A member ŋation is allowed to vote in absentia. Failure to vote in the allotted time results in an automatic abstaining. Member ŋations who fail to react to any request to participate within ŊATO within 40 days are automatically suspended from ŊATO.

====Ŋarticle III. Voting====
A ɱotion in a ɱeeting shall decide on one of the following things [Passing requirement in brackets]:

* Changing the constituion [Majority of at least 4/5 of member ŋations]

* Involve ŊATO in an aggressive conflict with peaceful or non-peaceful intervention [Majority of at least 3/5 of member ŋations]

* Appointing or suspending of officers, secretary general, commanders, generals or other military ranks [Majority of member ŋations]. The people voted on have to be a citizen of a member ŋation.

* Establishing an office or military facility [Majority of at least 3/5 of member ŋations]

====Ŋarticle IV. Secretary General====
The job of the secretary general includes following:

* The secretary general is responsible for steering discussions during, as well as scheduling, a ɱeeting and is responsible for notating and archiving each ɱeeting as well as the constitution.

* The secretary general is the principal spokesperson for ŊATO and to declare each passing ɱotion.

* If the suspension of a secretary general is not followed by the immediate appointment of a new secretary general in the same ɱeeting, the suspension is not valid. In case of a successful suspension of a secretary general, the handover of the job is carried out after the ɱeeting has concluded.

====Ŋarticle V. Mutual Defense====
If a member ŋation of ŊATO is the victim of an armed attack, each and every other member of the alliance will consider this act of violence as an armed attack against all members and will take the actions it deems necessary to assist the ally attacked.

====Ŋarticle VI. Involvement in Foreign Conflict====
If a member ŋation deems the situation it is in worthy of ŊATO involvement for the member ŋation, it may ask for military aid. Similar to Ŋarticle V except the other member ŋations may reject.

====Ŋarticle VII. Wars Between Members====
In case of a consensual war between two member ŋations, no other member ŋation should be obligated to help in any way.

====Ŋarticle Ŋ8. Contacting ŊATO====
A non-member ŋation or the United Ŋations can ask ŊATO to discuss the intervening in a conflict which will be processed in a ɱotion.

====Ŋarticle IX. Action in War====
If there is a viable option of handling a conflict by peaceful means, ŊATO shall prefer it over non-peaceful means.

====Ŋarticle X. Invitations====
Member ŋations may, by uŋanimous agreement, invite any other ŋation into ŊATO.

====Ŋarticle XI. Suspension of Members====
Member ŋations may, by uŋanimous agreement, besides the suspendee, suspend any member ŋation from ŊATO. If a member ŋation attacks another member ŋation, breaks interŋational law of the United Ŋations or ŊATO or attacks civilists, this agreement only needs a majority of more than 3/5 to take action.

====Ŋarticle XII. Languages====
[[English]] is the main working language of ŊATO. Every amendment has to be written in English. Other working languages of ŊATO which can be used for ɱeetings besides English are the official languages of the founding member ŋations. These are, as of the founding of ŊATO: [[Laevanaak]], [[Atlantic German]], [[Latin]], [[Ancient Greek]], [[Hummlandic German]], [[Humild]], [[Kyawcenni language|Kyawcenni]], [[German]] and [[Morytian]].

====Ŋarticle XIV. Transferring Memberships====
The transferring of membership from a member to a non-member.

Transferring a membership is only possible if both of these conditions are met.
* The member becomes a federal subject OR the current member ceases to exist but a new ŋation sees itself as the successor to the original, IE a coup.
* The recipient of the membership consents to the transfer.
If these conditions are met and at least if 4/5 of the members, excluding the member in question, agree then the transferring of membership will occur.

===Secretary Generals===
The secretary general of ŊATO is the chief civil servant of the organization. The officeholder is responsible for organizing ɱeetings, archiving documents as well as serving the role of spokesperson for ŊATO. Secretary generals do not have term limits but are instead voted in or out of office during ɱeetings. For more information about the job of the secretary general, see Ŋarticle IV.

The [[Blossomic Empire of Pua]] was an absolute monarchy encompassing a vast majority of the Pua region in the continent of Thasusa. Due to the widespread disillusionment surrounding the corrupt leadership in the Imperial government, [[Puly Revolution|a populist revolution]] began, and the King was forced to abdicate the throne.

Expansion into the [[Kākāriki Jungle]] was fast on maps but slow in practice, the terrain is littered with dense jungle trees and, at night, rife with deadly creatures. The portion of jungle acquired during the Scramble for Murbetia was vast and unforgiving to the East Puan expeditionary forces tasked with charting the newly acquired territory. Following the Eastern Expansion Quing [[Zendrid]] of [[Aylongam]] officially requested full or partial control over the [[Paŋama Canal]] to which General Secretary Peaches responded by offering a 100 year lease of the canal to Aylongam.

Occuring during the Scramble for Murbetia as well, the Southern Expansion to the river comprising Aylongam's border was seen as a widely popular and successful move within the country as it brought Tongatown into the nation.
==== South Puawhenua & Tongatown ====
Due to a large amount of intermingling between the Tongatown population with nearby East Puan and Pihitian settlements the East Puan government considered Tongatown to be the perfect place to liberate following the initial annexation through to the far east. Tongatown was in rough economic shape prior to the annexation so the inhabitants welcomed the East Puan government with open arms. 

=== Paŋamania ===
Paŋamania is the nickname given to the cooperative split annexation of the [[Paŋama (region)|Paŋama]] region of the [[Kākāriki Jungle]] conducted by Aylongam and East Pua. The planning occurred during the days leading up to the official annexation. General Secretary Peaches explained the justification for this further East Puan expansion by stating "In order to prevent border gore by currently established nations, the Aylongami Quing and I have come to an agreement as to the division of this previously unclaimed territory in a manner deemed amicable by both parties." Thus forming the Paŋama Oblast upon the East Puan portion of the Paŋama peninsula. The lease of the Paŋama Canal to Aylongam by East Pua, additionally, extends to the newly acquired half of the canal for the remainder of the lease.

Following the apparent dissolution of Amuj, East Puan General Secretary Peaches stated
"I am instating Order No. 227, Any non-Puan nation that attempts to colonize within the Pua region shall be, in turn, invaded and annexed by the Floracratic Republic of Pua." 
This order was said to be initiated in order to protect the regional interests of all Pua nations in times of crisis from potentially hostile foreign powers or nations hoping to benefit from regional instability. Some critics of the policy regard it as East Pua exerting unreasonable and unjustified control over the region for their own gain, to which the General Secretary issued the following statement on October 9, 2024: 
"Regardless of what the West claims to desire I have issued Order No. 227 to their benefit and in defense of their right to self determination just as I had hoped they would do for the Floracratic Republic of Pua. My counterpart in West Pua has time and time again proven to make choices and statements solely to be contrary to East Puan interests even when the West stands to gain from cooperation. We shall not falter under the criticism and naysaying and shall bring upon the region a new era of prosperity and protection. My heart goes out to all of the workers in the former Amujan states that are currently suffering. I will admit that supporting the Kyawcenni occupation of the states comes as a tough pill to swallow but rest assured I will not rest until the Pua region is free of foreign troops. Diplomatic discussions of the Amujan occupation are underway."

The former territories of Amuj were ultimately split between East and West Pua following the conclusion of the [[2024 Nguhrovision Song Contest]] on November 2nd. This expanded the border between the two Puas greatly, albeit, with natural water borders rather than direct land borders. This has posed some challenges to the two governments. An additional challenge was posed in regards to the Drebzha [[CenRail]] station.

East Pua has many diverse geographical regions including acacia speckled savannah biomes, temperate forests, grassy plains, jungles and sparse jungle biomes. The most plentiful biome type is the savannahs split into two distinct regions, the one surrounding Ŋerlin, and the larger one encompassed within the Whenua-Kāo-Ua Oblast. Jungle is the second largest biome type.

Even the General Secretary has a strict uniform code, although no one will comment on the General Secretary's conformity or lack of conformity to the aforementioned uniform code. The cod has since become the national fish and, when cooked, is the national dish of East Pua.

Competitive boating, nether quartz mining races and martial arts are common sporting events within East Pua.

The Blossomic Empire of Pua was an absolute monarchy encompassing the entirety of the Pua region in the continent of Thasusa. Due to extensive corruption in the government and the people’s dissatisfaction, the citizens of Pua [[Puly Revolution|revolted]] against the king, and he was forced to vacate the throne. A coup following the sudden disappearance of the Puan king preempted violent clashes over who should lead the country, giving rise to the [[The 23 Minute War|Puan Civil war.]]

The two leading factions were unable to agree on how to run their country, and it caused them to split into two separate countries, West and East Pua. The primary reason for the disagreements was because of differences in the religious views of the floral gods, and the West Puans refused to worship a false idol. The third largest faction, a nonconformist group called the Pihitians, also rose.The East Puans in an attempt to cleave unto their control of the Pihitian territories made the false claim that both the East Puan Cornflower and the Pihitian Oxeye Daisy are better than the West Puan Allium.

Immediately following the Puan Civil War, the two major powers in the Pua region began separating both diplomatically and physically with the construction of border fortifications and the breakdown of cooperative discussions between East and West Pua.

=== The Scramble for Murbetia ===
On August 22, 2024, the country of [[Murbetia]] dissolved, granting West Pua the opportunity to claim the eastern chunk of [[Scarecrow Harbor]]. This was cause for celebration among the West Puans, as they had finally resecured a piece of their mainland that had been missing for so long.

While this was happening, [[East Pua]] claimed a large section of land to their East. [[Pontifex]] Skrungk commented on the East Puan Annexations, stating "The East Puans took advantage of the Scramble, and annexed ridiculous amounts of land to their eastern border in an attempt to gain an advantage over us." The resulting power imbalance had many West Puans worried about the ever-increasing East Puan threat.

While all this was happening, [[Coldba (Cuba)]] claimed a majority of the Murbetian mainland, as well as several surrounding islands. One of the islands mistakenly claimed was West Pua’s [[Plus One Island]], and it was promptly sold to [[Xarslasja]] along with [[Xar Harbor]] for 1 Slab. West Pua, rather than be angry with their loss of land, took this as an opportunity to strengthen ties with Xarslasja, and proposed a trade – Xarslasja gets Plus One Island, and West Pua gets the Island of [[Peoria]], but both countries keep their water borders. Xarslasja accepted, and the trade was made official on August 24, 2024. When the trade was completed, both Islands names were changed, Plus One Island being renamed to “Bar Harbor” and Peoria being renamed to "Puoria".

On September 17th, 2024, West Pua secured [[Tauranga Puawai]], an island to the south, as a colony of West Pua. This land is sanctioned as holy land by the Pontifex, as this is the only known place on [[Ngearth]] where you can acquire Alliums. "Tauranga Puawai is now under the protection of West Pua. We invite people from all around to harvest the flowers here, as they are gifts from the Higher Order. We only as that you keep the island well kept."

Near the end of September 2024, the Pontifex of Pua authorized the construction of the [[Church of the Allium]]. The church is planned to be the largest man made structure in West Pua, a testament to the people's devotion to the Higher Order. Until further notice, most of the country's resources will be put towards the construction of the church until it's completion.

=== The Amujxplosion ===
The [[Amujxplosion]] had a major impact on the West Puan way of life. The most immediate change was the the dissolving of the [[Transpunese Economic Union]], which led to West Pua creating the [[West Puan Taara|Taara]] as a new currency. After multiple land disputes, including East Pua's Order No. 227, [[Casual Mitosis Collective|CMC]] stepped in and announced that the main area of Amuj would be split between East and West Pua, stating that they want the land to stay in Puan hands, but does not want just one of the Puas to have it all. This will take affect after the [[2024 Nguhrovision Song Contest]], and until then the land will be a protected UNg [[Mandate of Amuj|Mandate,]] enforced by the [[Kingdom of Kyaw Cen]].

The Amujxplosion also sparked the [[Coup Sabah]] in [[Xarslasja]]. West Pua openly supported [[Gu Sabah]] and the [[Xarslasja Port Authority]], because they had been West Pua's greatest supporters during the [[Chilled War]]. [[Pontifex]] [[Skrungk]] commented on this in the [[Pua Takiwā Address]], where he stated that he will do his best to support the coup without escalating the [[Chilled War]], if possible.

After the [[Battle of Flagstaff]], West Pua withdrew their support from the Coup. After witnessing the destruction in Flagstaff, West Pua stated that they "do not endorse that kind of violence and loss of life. We still believe that Agamashuya was a traitor to his values, but this is not how change should happen."

== Government ==
The government of West Pua functions as an Absolutist Theocracy, where [[Pontifex]] Skrungk holds full power to enact the will of The Allium. The Pontifex also has a council of Disciples that help enforce his will, called the Petalage. Disciples of the Petalage are appointed by the Pontifex himself, and can act as an authority for matters that don't need the Pontifex's direct attention. Besides the Petalage, there are 4 major Administrations that work to keep the country running smoothly; The PIP Administration, The Agricultural Administration, The Transportation Administration, and The Defense Administration.

West Pua is a Theocracy, the religion and the government are one. They practice [[Alliumist Florism]], a religion based on the worship of the Allium. After the collapse of the [[Blossomic Empire of Pua]], the Holy Puan Floracracy moved away from [[Florism]], realizing that the Allium was a far more sacred flower than others, and it's guidance built them into what they are today.

A subsect of Alliumist Florism, [[Ætérnalist Alliumism]], is practiced in some of the southern regions of West Pua.

Due to West Pua being a militarily weaker, more agrarian nation than its Eastern rivals, West Pua has sought out alliances with neighboring countries to even the playing field. West Pua considers [[Xarslasja]] an ally, and hopes to maintain that alliance. The August 24th 2024 Island Trade of [[Puoria]] and [[Bar Harbor]] during the [[Scramble for Murbetia]] was a "great step in the right direction" -According to Pontifex Skrungk. "Keeping Xarslasja in support of West Pua and our cause will be instrumental in our development as a nation." On September 5th, 2024, West Pua Accepted the offer to build an Embassy in [[Tempe]].

On September 17th, Xarslasja signed the [[South Thasusan Common Market Agreement]] with East Pua, which came as a disappointment to the people of West Pua. This statement was made by the [[Pontifex]], "Xarslasja's economic agreement with East Pua comes as a disappointment to us all, but we will still try our best to keep up strong relations with them. We cannot afford to have Xarslasja as an enemy."

On October 10th, The [[Coup Sabah]] began, and West Pua announced their full support for the cause. 4 days later, Pontifex Skrungk gave the [[Pua Takiwā Address]], announcing their stance on the coup. [[Gu Sabah]] and the [[Xarslasja Port Authority]] are allies to the West Puan cause.

In the Pua Takiwā Address, Pontifex Skrungk talks about hopes for the future of Amuj, East Pua's Order No. 227, and Xarslasja's coup / how the coup may affect tensions between the Puas.

After the Battle of Flagstaff, West Pua withdrew their support for the Coup. Pontifex Skrungk made this statement on the issue; "After seeing the destruction caused during the Battle of Flagstaff, West Pua will no longer be supporting the Coup in Xarslasja. We do not endorse that kind of violence and loss of life. We still believe that Agamashuya was a traitor to his values, but this is not how change should happen. Our Priority in Xarslasja is to the safety of its people above all else."

Originally a condominium between Amuj (later [[South Amuj]] after its breakaway) and [[Aylongam]], the islands are now fully incorporated into Aylongam as part of Viren Islands Prefecture following the [[Amujxplosion|dissolution of the Amujan states]].

== History ==
On 31 July 2024, [[North Amuj|North Amujan]] Zhobepi Member Kasane Teto suggested the idea of the East Kuzhgub Islands to the [[Aylongam|Aylongami]] Quing [[Zendrid]]. The same MZ also suggested to Quing Zendrid that the East Kuzhgub Islands could house a mob farm.

On 3 August, the North Amujan Gepach [[Iris]], with the help of the Aylongami Quing Zendrid, updated the banner and flag of the East Kuzhgub Islands to reflect their status as an North Amujan-Aylongami condominium. The at-the-time new banner and flag were styled after the North Amujan banner and flag, but with the Aylongami colors and emblem.

On the same day, Quing Zendrid spotted an odd building just north of the islands which, as noted by Gepach Iris, was at that time located outside the territory of any sovereign ŋation, however, following the [[Scramble for Murbetia]], is now within the borders of [[East Pua]].

On 17 September, co-ownership of the East Kuzhgub Islands transferred from North Amuj to [[South Amuj]] when the latter seceded from the former. A week later, South Amujan Jukbuch Ian gave the islands the new name of the Zhekaus Islands.

In early October, South Amuj, along with the other Amujan nations, was dissolved, and the announcement explicitly stated that the Zhekaus Islands were to be given to Aylongam. A few days later, the islands were incorporated into Viren Islands Prefecture and renamed to the Jē Mẽo Island.

The name comes from the location of the oldest parts of the city on the southern coast of the Imètimer bay.

The Great Council has 30 delegates elected by direct universal suffrage. The seats are divided according to population among the departments, Vanstèrel and Pòjaj, the seats are then further divided within each into electoral districts of similar population. They serve a 2 year term

Imerchali civil servants is any employee of the State under a long term contract. Civil servants in Imerchal are politically empowered, being able to elect and be elected to the upper house of the legislature.

== Geography ==

Latium is situated near the centre of the [[Land of Chaos]], almost directly south of former [[Amuj]] and quite close to both [[Paul]] to the east and the [[Blighted Shrine]] guardian farm owned by [[Kozdenen]] to the northeast. It may be accessed by [[Cenrail]] usually, although currently the line to it is being reworked. More recently, more neighbours have started to appear, including [[Seolland]] and [[Umraute]] (a constituent republic of the [[Uzafnic Federation]]) directly bordering it, and more distantly [[Realm of Madness]], [[The Complex]], [[Aistóv́y]], and the [[West Pua|West Puan]] colony of [[Tauranga Puawai]].

The ŋation itself is mostly comprised of plains and several types of forest, with a few patches of desert and mountains. It is bounded by rivers on all sides, and bisected vertically by a wide gulf filled with kelp forest. There are two naturally occurring villages - Alba Longa to the west, accessible by a smaller bay off the main gulf, and Sabīnum near the eastern border - as well as a pillager outpost to the northwest, a trail ruin to the south and a ruined portal floating on the sea. Underground there are also several large caverns including several mineshafts and an area of sculk.

== Settlement ==

The village of Alba Longa was the first to be settled by [[theidealist]], who took over a house as his personal base and dug down to the caverns below from it, as well as turning the library into an enchanting room and establishing an oak plantation nearby and two Nether portals at the centre of the village, the second one going to the Nether roof. A portion of the steep coast was also flattened and turned into a harbour.

Sabīnum was only altered by setting up a lectern and fletching table outside the blacksmith's to produce a fletcher buying sticks and a librarian selling emeralds. This had to be here rather than Alba Longa, because a raid accidentally caused by theidealist had decimated the latter's population leaving only a farmer who then went missing and a nitwit who got stuck in the Nether. Sabīnum seems however to have been looted prior to his arrival, and several bridges and a trail of torches may be found to the east leading out of Latium to the abandoned base known as [[Paul]].

A new capital called Idanopolis is being built east of Alba Longa. Currently the only complete buildings are a forum with bath complex attached and the Cenrail station. Under construction is the Basilica Cūria, which will double as a law court and a senate house. Local curiosities include the Pink Tree of Nimlos, planted in the centre of the forum from a cherry sapling from a natural cherry grove just outside the borders of Latium; an unnamed nearby ruined portal which spawned in the middle of the Thybris Gulf; the trail ruin excavation site south of Alba Longa; and the [[Ominous Fruit]] discovered by theidealist by chance.

Latium has the following overseas territories:

* A colony in the north of the map, between [[Ettêre Ðiffyt]] and the [[Slab Exchange]]. This was created in the swamp in order to build a slime farm, as well as a witch farm at the site of an old witch hut. Both are operational and free to use by anyone.

* The neighbouring territory of [[Syafeg]] (called Arbustīvum in Latin), a co-protectorate shared with [[Twanland]].

* Embassies in other ŋations: so far only [[Coldba (Cuba)]].

== Culture ==

Latium is, as the name suggests, a Roman settlement. Its population mostly split from ancient Rome in the early Republican years, and their dialect of Classical Latin, called [[Regnate Latin]], diverged from the Latin of those remaining in Rome; however it seems to have kept some contact through into at least the reigns of the first few Julio-Claudians, as evidenced by the government system and use of "Caesar" to refer to the princeps.

The ŋation is governed by a senate and various other officials as well as a princeps with supreme power, in a similar manner to that of ancient Rome during the reign of Augustus. The first and only princeps so far is Idanicus Caesar, or [[theidealist]].

The state religion is a form of Roman polytheism, worshipping various gods by epithets associating them with the gods of other ŋations by ''interpretatio romana''. The most commonly worshipped include:

* ''Iuppiter Agmasqua'' "Jupiter Agmaschwa", the king of the gods. Dedicatee of the unfinished eponymous Temple. Also called by the name "Gna" /ŋɐ/ in invocations, of unknown origin. Identified with Agumashuya of Sharist [[Ætérnalism]]. Some claim Bezuv [[Agma Schwa]] of [[Xarslasja]] is a manifestation of him, but the current consensus is that he simply named himself after the god.

* ''Mārs Gūsāba'' "Mars Gu Sabah", the god of war and peace. Little is known of the origin of the name "Gu Sabah", except a recovered historical document naming Agumashuya as his father. It has also been noted that [[Gu Sabah]] of Xarslasja shares his name.

* ''Quirīnus Aeternālis'' "Eternal Quirinus", a god of creation. Unlike his counterpart in Roman belief, he is also considered a demiurge who shaped the world on behalf of Jupiter, and is believed to still be active in altering certain facets of reality.
