	On 28 December 2023, the construction of the Birchwood Mall was interrupted by what the government of Kyaw Cen calls the ''Burning Mall Disaster'', which was triggered by Marcy's attempt at destroying Netherrack by setting a placed Netherrack block inside the Pokenxi mine on fire and burning the Netherrack in the flames. Afterwards, Marcy left the mine. It was not until a couple of minutes later when she had realized that the whole building was on fire. Panicking, Marcy had asked for help and died three times. Luckily, the fire was put out by her in the matter of a few minutes and no other people were harmed.
