			==The Humble Scammer==
			The election for the Humble Scammer of the ECC is held on the same day as the election for the aspect. Anyone who has completed the following requirements may become a candidate for the Humble Scammer in an ECC election, however so far [[hummus]] is the only person you can vote for:
			* Be a citizen of the ECC and own a plot of land in the ECC
			* Have voted in a previous election
			* Kill 10 unique players and take their heads
			* Have at least 10 [[slab]]s (320 slablets) worth of a currency and/or resource as kept track of by [[UŊMAO]]
			* Own a skeleton horse
			* Upon confirming that you have done all of the above, you must take a quiz which tests your knowledge of various fields needed to be a Humble Scammer including: ECC trivia, maths, Deltarune lore, UFOlogy, etc. which you must get 90% correct in every section
