			Gu Sabah was relocated to a special publicly visible cage at Yuma's Central Park, where a monthlong [[Gu Sabah KILLFEST]] was hosted by the government. There, visitors from across the world could come and Minecraft-kill Gu Sabah to collect his head. Finally, at the end of May, he was officially killed by hanging.

			While the insurgent movement had largely been defeated, a few small remnants persisted.

			In [[Drebzha]], the former Xarslasjan Embassy to [[Amuj]] had been claimed by the XPA by a single rogue militant. As of September 2025, the XPA flag still flew there and the embassy was operated by this militant, though the embassy is now considered to be an embassy to Pua.

			In Fisete, some former XPA militants live in the caves that operated for a time as mines for Xarslasja while the territory was under UNg Occupation.

			Supporters of the insurgency still live amongst the population of Xarslasja, and after the reintegration of Coconino County into the Legislature, oceanic separatism will likely still continue to be an issue.

			At the end of March, the [[Repunification]] of [[East Pua]] and [[West Pua]] into one single [[Pua]] was completed. Thus, [[Gu Sabah]] lost his biggest remaining state supporter, West Pua. This also meant that recent XPA incursions across the Oak River were now grounds for a full-on invasion.

== November 2024 ==
On November 6th, 2024, the [[Xarslasja Legislative Authority]] began a direct occupation of Flagstaff and began rebuilding from the damages of the Battle of Flagstaff. [[Memorial Park]] was opened as a reminder of the brutal struggle.

Gu Sabah made no public announcements after the battle, but it was rumored that he had either fled to [[West Pua]] or to [[Far Harbor]]. Much of the XPA and its supporters fled from Flagstaff when the occupation began, coalescing in Tucson or hiding in the untamed wilderness of [[Coconino County|Coconino County.]] The county leadership had declared its abstention from participating in the Xarslasja Legislature and also that they would not respond to federal laws that they disagreed with, including the arrest warrant for Gu Sabah and other traitorous members of the XPA.

Surprisingly, [[Agamashuya I|Bezuv Agamashuya I]] made no efforts to immediately recapture the islands or the city of Tucson, opting instead to rebuild what had been damaged during the fight, especially in [[Core Xarslasja]].
