			Kabazat is a confederation of three cities being [[Malkaći]], [[Gålv]] and [[Vúqli]], and subsequently being territorialy made up of their boundaries. The institution of a city in Kabazat is grander than of ordinary cities outside the State, and therefore is also called ''Kevzú'' (['qəβ.ʐəʊ̹]; singular: Kevza ['qəβ.ʐa]) in some contexts.
