			Due to the fact that all known attestations are in the Cyrillic script, it was initially postulated to be a [[Mary-Moldovan languages\|Mary-Moldovan language]]. This was quickly refuted by [[Mary]], however. On the 28th, [[Elisa]] suggested the language belonged to a previously unattested family of [[Miŋejácáric languages]], but that it possibly showed influence from [[Mary-Moldovan languages]] as well. Using her knowledge of this family, she suggested the language to be ergative-absolutive, as the apparent nominative form of the word for I began with m-. In addition, she stated the language showed clear evidence of vowel harmony.
