Plans to have the [[Rauratoshan Transportation Administration]] build an emergency rail in the Nether for a fast exit were approved, though Nozomi would need to bring the materials to make the portal, or so they thought: the Madness Multiverse Mansion informed the RTA that they already had a Nether portal on the ''Setlan''.
