	The Pua Takiwā Address is a speech given to the people of [[West Pua]] by [[Skrungk\|Pontifex Skrungk]] on October 14th, following the events of the [[Amujxplosion]] and its effects on the surrounding [[Pua (region)\|Pua region]]. 	The creation and integration of the [[West Puan Taara\|Taara]] has been a large step in the right direction regarding the recovery of our economy, but there is still the issue of the land that was formerly under the control of [[North Amuj]], [[South Amuj]], and [[Igeþa]]. For the time being, the [[Kingdom of Kyaw Cen]] has been helping protect most of the land by declaring it a mandate of the [[UNg]]. The upcoming [[UNg]] meeting<ref>referring to the 19th UNg meeting</ref> will be very important to us, as it will decide whether we become a member, as well as decide the fate of [[Amuj]]. The [[Peaches|General Secretary]] of [[East Pua]] created [[East Pua#Order No. 227|Order No. 227]] in the interests of keeping land of the [[Pua (region)]] in [[Puan]] hands. This has caused mixed reactions among us all, because while we worry about [[East Pua]] annexing even more land, the concept of [[Repunification]] is one that both East and West [[Puan|Puans]] hold dear to their hearts, it is one thing that brings us together. No matter what happens, I can only hope that it is resolved peacefully during the 19th [[UNg]] meeting.

The [[Amujxplosion]] has not just caused turmoil for us. Our neighbors in [[Xarslasja]] are more divided than ever and need our support. [[Agamashuya I|Agamashuya]] went against both his word and our trust by choosing to break his total neutrality and side with [[East Pua]] in the [[South Thasusan Common Market Agreement]]. This is something that [[West Pua]] has tried to forgive and stay in their good graces for the sake of peace. However, due to the events of the [[Amujxplosion]] further strengthening [[East Pua]] at the expense of our own stability, our allies in [[Xarslasja]] have taken matters into their own hands and revolted against [[Agamashuya I|Agamashuya]] to support a more just cause.

[[Gu Sabah]], the leader of the [[Xarslasja Port Authority]], has been a major supporter of [[West Pua]], and we plan to give him and the [[Xarslasja Port Authority]] our full support during the [[Coup Sabah|Coup]], even if we must divert resources from the construction of the [[Church of the Allium|Church]]<ref>As of this speech, the [[Church of the Allium]] is still under construction.</ref>. Naturally, [[East Pua]] has sided with [[Agamashuya I|Agamashuya]], and has already sent naval support into the region to assist the [[Xarslasja Legislative Authority]]. We will be trying our best to aid the [[Xarslasja Port Authority|Port Authority]] without escalating the ongoing [[The Chilled War|Chilled War]] further than it needs to be.

I’m disappointed in how this has been playing out, because I saw [[East Pua#Order No. 227|Order No. 227]] as a way to bring the [[Pua (disambiguation)|Puas]] together, but [[East Pua]] needs to prove to the world that they are not motivated by greed before tensions can start to fall. They have thrown their weight around time and time again with very few to stand in their way. This is not the way of The Higher Order, and we will continue to fight for what is [[West Pua|right]], even if we cannot match the might of [[East Pua]].

To [[Agamashuya I|Agamashuya]], I tell you this: [[East Pua]] will use this as an opportunity to influence your country. No foreign power should seek to benefit from another’s suffering, and I urge you to be cautious. I hope that the conflict in [[Xarslasja]] can end peacefully, but we will do what we must to support [[Gu Sabah]]."</blockquote>
