			"Rafiteláh" is Rokadong for "winter island", presumably in reference to its less humid environment relative to [[Naho Island]], which causes winters to be colder on Rafi Island than on Naho Island.

			"Astona" means "bronze" in Rokadong. The hill was named for the [[trial chamber]] found underneath it, which is the first structure on Rafi Island and was presumably built before the [[Rauratoshanian incursion]]. The town and castle were named after the hill.
