The area was first organized into the governments of [[Heufauna]] and the [[CMCic Federation]].

After the [[CMCxplosion]] in Feb 2025, the area became a mandate ruled by [[Rauratoshan]] and [[Kozdenen]], with the intent to not incorporate it into either ŋation and hand it over to another ŋation. The claim of the mandate notably excluded the village of Jïkïnasö. After two months, it was handed over to Dróstsiśtsi.
