			On motions, their proposition, their voting and their passing
			§1 A Motion is a decision which is voted on by member ŋations. It is one of the following:
			A decision on the workings of the United Ŋations (Constitutional Motion)
			A decision on the common rules of member ŋations (Legislative Motion)
			A decision on an action of the United Ŋations (Executive Motion)
			§2 Motions have
			A name, descriptive of what they do
			An identifier, which goes "YY/NNN", where
			YY is the last two digits of the year the motion was proposed
			NNN is the the number of the motion, defined by its order among those proposed in the same month
			Its type ([CONST], [LEG] or [EXEC]), as defined earlier.
			For example, the third motion proposed in april of 2026 could be called "Motion 26/04.03 - On the status of Guam4 [EXEC]"
			Motions that were proposed before the taking effect of this motion keep their original identifiers.
			§3 A Motion is proposed by:
			Sending the motion in ⁠uŋ
			Pinging a moderator who is also a UŊ member and showing intent to propose a motion
			§4 The moderator will then open a thread for the discussion of said motion for three days. The United Ŋations role is to be pinged in the thread upon the opening of the thread. The text of the motion may be changed by the person who proposed it at any point during these three days.
			§5 After the three days are up, a moderator will:
			Remove talking permissions from the thread
			Forward the motion text to the thread
			Start a one-week Discord vote in the thread with three options: Aye, Nay, and Abstain
			Ping the United Ŋations role
			Members will then vote on the motion by voting accordingly in the Discord vote.
			§6 Constitutional motions will pass only if the number of "Aye" votes is greater than three-fifths of the amount of non-observer Member-Ŋations.
			Other motions will pass only if the number of "Aye" votes is greater than half of the amount of non-observer Member-Ŋations.
			"Abstain" votes hold the exact same legal value as "Nay" votes.
			§7 Motions take effect immediately upon obtaining a passing amount of "Aye" votes.
			On the Moderator's veto
			§8 A frivolous motion is defined as any motion that
			Is impossible to be carried out by the UŊ,
			Is not constitutionally/legally allowed, or
			Makes no sense.
			The moderator who is pinged by someone with the intent of submitting a frivolous motion may unilaterally refuse to open a thread for the motion. They must state so explicitly in ⁠uŋ. This is called a moderator's veto.

			Of the United Ŋations
			§1 The United Ŋations as a singular organisation is hereby dissolved.
			§2 Its offices are restructured into independent organisations per §§4 – 28
			§3 Its lands, buildings and other holdings are to be redistributed as per §§15,19,29⁊30
			United Ŋations Codes and Document Standardisation Office
			§4 The United Ŋations Codes and Document Standardisation Office is to become an independent organisation called the Interŋational Standards Organisation, of which membership is voluntary, in charge of standardising international systems of references and documentation.
			§5 The Interŋational Standards Organisation shall have a Secretary-General in charge of coordination.
			§6 The first Secretary-General of the Interŋational Standards Organisation shall be the current officer of the United Ŋations Codes and Document Standardisation Office.
			§7 Membership to the Interŋational Standards Organisation is not open not only to ŋations, but to all entities with lawful sovereignty over the application of standards within their territory.
			§8 The Secretary-General of the Interŋational Standards Organisation must publish, with approval of all members having joined the Interŋational Standards Organisation at that point, and within fourteen days of this motion taking effect, a document outlining the workings of the Interŋational Standards Organisation.
			§9 Said outline must at least include:
			A way for the Secretary-General to be appointed;
			A way for the Secretary-General to be dismissed.
			United Ŋation Education, Science and Culture Office
			§10 The United Ŋation Education, Science and Culture Office is to become an independent organisation called the Interŋational Commitee for Culture and Science, of which membership is voluntary, whose mission statement is promote Education and the pursuit of the Sciences, as well as record and preserve the Cultures of the Ŋorld.
			§11 The Interŋational Commitee for Culture and Science shall have an Executive Commitee in charge of coordination.
			§12 The first Executive Commitee of the Interŋational Commitee for Culture and Science shall be composed of the current officers of the United Ŋation Education, Science and Culture Office, the United Ŋations Script Management Office, the United Ŋations Environmental Protection Office, and the United Ŋations Cartography Office.
			§13 The Executive Comitee of the Interŋational Commitee for Culture and Science must publish, with approval of all members having joind the Interŋational Commitee for Culture and Science at that point, and within fourteen days of this motion taking effect, a document outlining the workings of the Interŋational Commitee for Culture and Science.
			§14 Said outline must at least contain:
			A way for the Executive Commitee to be appointed;

			United Ŋations Script Management Office
			§16 The missions of the United Ŋations Script Management Office are to be given to a joint commission of the Interŋational Standards Organisation and the Interŋational Commitee for Culture and Science called the Uŋicode Commission
			§17 Within the Uŋicode Commission, the Interŋational Commitee for Culture and Science will be responsible of cataloguing and describing the various writing systems of the Ŋorld, and the Interŋational Standards Organisation will be in charge of the assignment of codepoints to the glyphs of the various writing systems.
			United Ŋations Environmental Protection Office
			§18 The seed bank of the United Ŋations Environmental Protection Office is to be managed, protected and upkept by the Interŋational Commitee for Culture and Science.
			§19 The protectorates of the United Ŋations Environmental Protection Office shall be submitted to the Interŋational Commitee for Culture and Science for it to decide of their status.
			United Ŋations Cartography Office
			§20 The missions of the United Ŋations Cartography Office are to become part of the missions of the the Interŋational Commitee for Culture and Science. The United Ŋations Cartography Office staff is to become Interŋational Commitee for Culture and Science staff.
			United Ŋations Transportation Office
			§21 Cenrail is to become once again an independent organisation.
			§22 The Interŋational Standards Organisation shall be in charge of the codification of the designation of rail networks and stations.
			United Ŋations Monetary Affairs Office
			§23 The missions of the United Ŋations Monetary Affairs Office is to become part of the missions of the Interŋational Standards Organisation.
			United Ŋations Office of the Archives
			§24 The United Ŋations Office of the Archives is disbanded.
