During the nineteenth meeting of the United Ŋations, a motion to dissolve the UŊ was processed but ultimately rejected with two in favor and fourteen against. Before the motion was processed, the country of Enkavak proclaimed that, if the motion was passed, they would declare war on every member that voted in favor. They were quickly followed by Kyaw Cen and Xtrakva stating that they would join Enkavak in the event of a war breaking out. Talks of a military alliance began shortly after the meeting had concluded. The third ŊATO ɱeeting (referred to by the hosting city as 3rd ŊATO Summit) took place on 21 June 2025 inside Parkow Arena in Parkow, Kyaw Cen. This was the first time a ŊATO ɱeeting took place outside of Hummland. During the ɱeeting, every member, with the exception of Nāroňpār, showed up in person to vote on two issues and a discussion about what qualifies as an office or HQ. The first issue was to update Ŋarticle XII and overhauling the organization's language policy. The members came to an agreement that, instead of the languages being every official language of the founding members, each member ŋation is allowed to pick up to two of their official/national languages to become working languages of the organization. The second issue was to introduce a new ŋarticle concerning governments expressing imperialist or expansionist views and if the organization should begin military planning. For more information about this ŋarticle, see Ŋarticle XVI.

The fourth ɱeeting took place in the Maraśa ŊATO Headquarters on 13 September, 2025. Members Enkavak, Hummland, Kyaw Cen, Xtrakva and Maraśa all met in person while Kozdenen voted in absentia and Nāroňpār did not manage to vote in time for the ɱeeting on account of a scheduling conflict. The agenda were made up two issues, each having two movements: the first being to amend the constitution to introduce a new staff position of admiral, whose role is to oversee advanced man-made constructions such as flying machines and boats but also all kinds of mountable animals from pigs to camels to happy ghasts. This issue received unanimous support, except the aforementioned automatic abstaining from Nāroňpār, and was thus put in place. Wetáŋa of Maraśa was immediately assigned the role of admiral.
The second issue was a recent addition to the agenda, stemming from the resignation notice of General Hummus of Hummland. The general stated their wish to resign ahead of the ɱeeting and an issue regarding the factor was quickly written down. It was decided that a member of the organization's staff must announce their intention to resign ahead of a ɱeeting so that a vote can be held to replace the outgoing staff member. The chosen successor of Ex-General Hummus ended up being ßlanty of Nāroňpār. As a result, they ended up becoming the first person elected to a staff position without voting or attending.
Before Ɱeeting V
Immediately following the fourth ɱeeting, Maraśa underwent a civil war. As of 18 October, 2025, the conflict is still ongoing and has expanded beyond Maraśa's borders.
Ɱeeting V
On 11 October, 2025, the fifth ɱeeting of the organization took place in a rentable meeting room in Czägrÿxyx, Xtrakva. All members, with the exception of Maraśa due to the aforementioned civil war. During the ɱeeting, members discussed [REDACTED] and [REDACTED], with a sprinkling of [REDACTED]. A vote was held to replace the outgoing admiral as Wetáŋa was too occupied with the war to fulfil her office duties. The new admiral was announced to be Marcy, making Kyaw Cen the last founding member to have a national representative holding an organization office.

The sixth ɱeeting  was scheduled for 31 October, the one year anniversary of the organization's founding. During the scheduling, Fenizuela was admitted as the eighth member of the organization. The ɱeeting took place at the Hummland HQ. ŊATO members gathered around the banquet table provided by caterer Hummus. The banquet consisted of:
* Four apple pies
* Four sweet berry cheesecakes
* Four chocolate pies
* Four cakes
* Four plates of sushi
* Four stuffed pumpkins
* Four shepherd's pies
* Four honey-glazed hams
* Four roast chickens
During the banquet, ŊATO members invited Annwan of Imerchal over, who provided even more apple pie. After the celebration, the organization, along with Annwan, travelled to [REDACTED].

The Ŋibraltar Army Treaty Organization (ŊATO); Kyawcenni: Očakuw Truzenne Ahšêwne Ŋibrawtęne (OTAŊ) is an interŋovernmental military alliance founded on 31 October 2024 in Ŋibraltar. Established in the aftermath of Coldba's threat to dissolve the United Ŋations and the Realm of Madness' support of that threat. ŊATO closely follows the United Ŋations but is not an extension of it.

History

Pre-Founding History

During the nineteenth meeting of the United Ŋations, a motion to dissolve the UŊ was processed but ultimately rejected with two in favor and fourteen against. Before the motion was processed, the country of Enkavak proclaimed that, if the motion was passed, they would declare war on every member that voted in favor. They were quickly followed by Kyaw Cen and Xtrakva stating that they would join Enkavak in the event of a war breaking out. Talks of a military alliance began shortly after the meeting had concluded. Around 21 October, Xtrakva toyed around with a mutual alliance with Enkavak by the name of the Enkavak-Xtrakva Treaty and Relations Alliance (EXTRA).

Writing of the Constitution

On 31 October, 2024, the ŋations of Enkavak, Kingdom of Hummland, Kingdom of Kyaw Cen and Xtrakva gathered at the Ŋational Library in Ŋibraltar to draft up the Constitution of ŊATO. This session resulted in the original thirteen ŋarticles of the constitution as well as Vÿl's ascendance to the role of secretary general of the organization. The session also produced the ten working languages of ŊATO, see Ŋarticle XII for more details. ŊATO, as an organization, was founded after this meeting.

On 11 November, 2024, by uŋanimous decision, the ŋation of Umraute (then known as Twanland) became the first country admitted to the organization.

Ɱeeting I

On 27 November, 2024, all five member ŋations gathered at the Hummland ŊATO headquarters for the first ŊATO ɱeeting. The agenda for the ɱeeting was short and concerned of two ɱotions. One to amend the constitution to allow a new ŋarticle and one to appoint someone to the role of general. The former was for the ratification of Ŋarticle XIV regarding the transferring of memberships from a member to a non-member. This was brought on due to the sudden creation of the Uzafnic Federation with Umraute becoming a constituent republic of it and could not control its military independent of the federation, thus creating a situation where the federation could declare war on ŊATO which would activate Ŋarticle V which would mean it's a declaration of war against Umraute. With uŋanimous support, Ŋarticle XIV entered the constitution, creating the first amendment of ŊATO and the first ŋarticle to be added to the constitution after its initial writing. The second ɱotion went smoothly as Hummus was elected first general of the organization. Talks have already began about the next ŊATO ɱeeting happening at some point inn the near future.

Ŋarticle XIV was fully tested out the following day when the four founding members agreed to transfer the membership of Umraute to the Uzafnic Federation.

On 3 December, Fishland was admitted became the sixth member of the organization.

Uzafnic Federation Coup and Dissolution

On 4 December, 2024, the Uzafnic Federation went through a coup d'état and Ŋarticle V was put into effect. The conflict was quickly put to an end and the coup was ultimately unsuccessful.

On 6 December, Nāroňpār was admitted and became the seventh member of the organization. Later on the same day, the Uzafnic Federation announced that it, along with its constituent republics, would be immediately dissolved.

Ɱeeting II

On 7 December, 2024, the four founding members of the organization gathered once again at the Hummland ŊATO headquarters for the second ŊATO ɱeeting with the two remaining members opting to vote in absentia. This was the first ɱeeting with a clear agenda drafted before-hand as to make the ɱeeting run smoother. On the agenda was six issues, listed chronically:

1. Amending Ŋarticle XIV to add what occurs if the organization cannot come to an agreement about the transfer of membership.

2. Amend Ŋarticle IV. to include bullets for what the general does

3. Amend the constitution to introduce a new motion to create a new ŋarticle that dictates what happens after a crisis has been solved, what to do with offenders. Whether to put them in front of an interŋational court or to keep them in a ŊATO holding cell until further orders.

4. Amend Ŋarticle XIII to exclude Kotland from list of unrecognized entities.

5. Amend Ŋarticle XI to include that if a member ŋation is dissolved without a clear successor, they are automatically counted as leaving the organization and their membership will be terminated.

6. Amend the constitution to introduce a new motion create a new ŋarticle containing information about the ŊATO inventory and its management, additionally creating the job title of "Inventory Manager" who will be selected via voting as per Ŋarticle III.

Ultimately, all six ɱotions were passed and Xhesas was elected inventory manager of ŊATO.

Ɱeeting II Interference Crisis

Halfway through processing the agenda, the ɱeeting was interrupted by Suqi, who initially asked if they could observe the ɱeeting, to which, the members agreed that they were able to observe it from a distance. Minutes later, while invisible, Suqi snuck in to terrorize the ɱeeting, causing Ŋarticle V to be put into effect immediately as the ɱeeting was put on hold until the situation was resolved. Suqi was chased around as the members were engaged in a game of cat and mouse. After several minutes of shenanigans, Suqi was finally apprehended and shoved into a box so they could view the ɱeeting from a safe distance while being monitored.

Before Ɱeeting III

As the third ɱeeting was scheduled, Kozdenen and Maraśa were both admitted to the organization on 7 June.

Ɱeeting IV

During the ɱeeting, organization representatives began planting and harvesting crops whilst preparing food, all because the catering service went on strike.

The fourth ɱeeting took place in the Maraśa ŊATO Headquarters on 13 September, 2025.

Additional ŋarticles can be added or removed in ɱotions passed during ŊATO ɱeetings. Ŋarticles are to be numbered with Roman numerals with the exception of any ŋarticle that bears the number 8 or 18 as they shall be written as "Ŋ8" and "Ŋ18" respectively. The following is a list of the current ŋarticles of ŊATO:

Ŋarticle I. Military Structure

The joint military consists of a number of soldiers or fractions given by member ŋations that are commanded by a common general who is appointed during a ɱeeting of ŊATO.

Ŋarticle II. Attendance

All member ŋations are obligated to take part in scheduled ɱeetings. A member ŋation is allowed to vote in absentia. Failure to vote in the allotted time results in an automatic abstaining. Member ŋations who fail to react to any request to participate within ŊATO within 40 days are automatically suspended from ŊATO.

Ŋarticle III. Voting

A ɱotion in a ɱeeting shall decide on one of the following things [Passing requirement in brackets]:

 • Changing the constituion [Majority of at least 4/5 of member ŋations]
 • Involve ŊATO in an aggressive conflict with peaceful or non-peaceful intervention [Majority of at least 3/5 of member ŋations]

 • The secretary general is the principal spokesperson for ŊATO and to declare each passing ɱotion.
 • If the suspension of a secretary general is not followed by the immediate appointment of a new secretary general in the same ɱeeting, the suspension is rendered invalid. In case of a successful suspension of a secretary general, the handover of the job is carried out after the ɱeeting has concluded.
General

The job of the general includes following:

 • The general is in charge of organizing and structuring the military.
 • The general shall be present at every conflict, specifically on the battlefield.
 • The general is authorized to ask the inventory manager to employ non-combatant personnel like strategists.
 • The general is authorized to organize or make specific attacks.

Ŋarticle V. Mutual Defense

Ŋarticle VI. Involvement in Foreign Conflict

Ŋarticle XIV. Transferring Memberships

The transferring of membership from a member to a non-member.

Transferring a membership is only possible if both of these conditions are met.

 • The current member becomes a federal subject OR ceases to exist but a new ŋation sees itself as the successor to the original, i.e. a coup.
 • The recipient of the membership consents to the transfer.

If these conditions are met and if at least 4/5 of the members, excluding the member in question, agree then the transferring of membership will occur. If the organization cannot come to an agreement about the transfer of a membership between a member and a non-member. The member is immediately suspended.

The following bulletpoints make up the ŋarticle:

 • ŊATO takes prisoners by default as a result of a conflict.
 • Any ŊATO personnel with a military rank higher than soldier has the authority to take prisoners.
 • The release or a sentence of a prisoner can happen under the authority of the country who got attacked, the interŋational court of justice or a uŋanimous agreement by ŊATO.
 • Prisoners can only be held in member ŋations that got granted that power by 3/5 of ŊATO member ŋations. This power can be ungranted by an agreement of at least a half member ŋations. This argument should be about if the rights are accommodating enough.
 • The member ŋation who holds ŊATO prisoners should have a legal framework where the prisoners would have enough rights and must pass a prison inspection before being allowed to hold prisoners.

Ŋarticle XVI. Threat and Planning

Each member ŋation can forward an instance of a government expressing Imperialist or Expansionist views and if the Secretary General and General of the military agree to look into this, military planning is initiated. This planning is led by the General and their goals may (but not have to) include a plan on how to act if/when an attack happens and scheduling advances, building military infrastructure, conducting military exercises and stationing troops. If an attack happens, everything goes according to plan. If the attack is against a member ŋation, see Ŋarticle V. If it is against another non-member ŋation, the organization votes on if it should interfere, see Ŋarticle III.

Ŋarticle XVII. Resignation

A ŊATO staff member has the right to resign.

 • The resigning staff member must note in advance prior to a ɱeeting that they intend to resign following the conclusion of the next ɱeeting. A vote to replace the member will take place at the same ɱeeting.
