Since time immemorial, the title of Guam has been awarded to the northwesternmost region of the world. As such, whenever the world border moves, Guam moves with it. Guam is currently in its third incarnation and thus often referred to as Guam 3.
The current Guam has been repurposted by the UŊ: The IŊCJ has the power to exile someone to Guam, whence they have to make their way back to Spawn on foot to be released from exile.
