:Is founded the Interŋational Forum on Education, Culture and Science (hereafter IFECS). The mission of the IFECS is to document and protect historical and natural sites and artefacts, as well as promote education and the advancement of Science.
;Article 2
:Membership to the IFECS is open to any entity with lawful jurisdiction over cultural and scientific policies in an area.
;Article 3
:The IFECS is composed of Boards in charge of its various missions.
;Article 4
:Board members are to be elected by a Borda count vote by and among the player members, where the election shall last 7 days.
;Article 5
:Board members can be dismissed from their functions by a simple majority vote among the player members.
;Article 6
:Board members can unilaterally decide to leave their post at any time.
;Article 7
:Upon '''Article 5''' or '''Article 6''' being triggered, a new Board member must be elected, or a vote be held to reduce the member of members to the Board. If reducing the number of Board members for a given Board would leave the Board without member, the Board is instead dissolved.

:The player members of the IFECS can amend the workings of the forum by a vote lasting 7 days with a majority of approving votes.
