Pereganesia is a geographical region in the center of Shingtsun. It makes up the area south of the Chire, east of Shingtin, north of Dino Island and west of Transtsaia. The only settlement in the region is Xêgwar on Peregan Island.

Administratively, Pereganesia (officially Pereganesia Unorganized Territory) has been an unorganized area (at that time called unorganized territory) in the Republic of Shingtsun, Kingdom of Kyaw Cen until the administrative reform on 24 July 2024, when it was replaced by the municipality of Xêgwar.
