Festeburg is the first planned settlement in the Vazr, in the Westland region. Construction began on the 6th of January, 2025 with the groundbreaking of the Cathedral of Saint Lana (though it could be argued that it began with the construction of Little Fort, and there is no end goal for the project.

Little Fort (Lorvomdisch: Klein Festung) is the first-known building in Festeburg. It is located at the top of Krschüge. Due to its location, it is constructed of mainly cherry wood.
