| Zanrynjaung was given to the Realm of Madness during the [[Amujxplosion]]. This happened at the same time that the Realm of Madness was looking to expand its borders and create a region to potentially generate a pale garden in its borders after the [[Nguhcraft Fall]] update. Its new territory, which included Zanrynjaung, was named the Wacky West.

| Due to the well-known instability of CMC's claims, the Realm of Madness chose to keep Zanrynjaung distinct from the rest of the Wacky West, eventually renaming it Abstinence after the law mandating Denizens of Madness to abstain from building permanent structures there in case a potential post-Amujan state headed by CMC were to desire that land again.
