This article use they/them pronouns for consistency.</ref> skin is based on Sheik, a character from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, but modified to have green eyes. In that game, Sheik was later revealed to actually be a girl (Zelda). This look was initially chosen in 2021, based on the name "Sheikah". Ironically, Marcy only discovered they were trans about a year later.
