The Monarch of Kyaw Cen is the head of state of the Kyawcenni Realm. They have veto power over any law passed by the National Assembly and the Federal Council. The current Quing of Kyaw Cen is Marcy I of the House of Sheikah. Traditionally, the person serving as the monarch of Kyaw Cen is also one of the Co-Prinčipēs of Moldova.
Title
The name Monarch of Kyaw Cen is a traditional title that comes from Kyaw Cen, a city and archipelago which Marcy I used to rule over before the expansion of their claims and the administrative reforms resulting in the creation of a proper Kingdom of Kyaw Cen.
