Keis-Spucke Administration (Toli: Kajs-Spek Mexyr-hat /kajs spɛk mɛʂʏr xat/ , Polish: Administracja Keis-Spucke, official shortend form: KS-ADM) additionaly called Rainsten or Toli-ahyr, is a country located in southern Balloon World and with territories in the continent of Cornertopia. It shares a land border with [[B’hiy’aj Dchâjâ]] in the south, with [[T'anshilebs]] north of the GDTS Administration and a maritime border with [[Ḿaro]] in the west. As of now it does not belong to any interŋational organization.
