The Land of Chaos Agency for Transportation Expansion, commonly known as LoCATE, is an agency dedicated to developing infrastructure in the ŋlobal south, particularly the titular Land of Chaos but not strictly limited to it. It is a part of LoCATE.

History

The organization was founded on July 4 2025 after a discussion between Binary Prime of Anaku and Accruenewblue of Dróstsiśtsi. Other ŋations in the region are encouraged to join, and a number have so far. The "founding members" are considered to be those who joined on July 4th or 5th of 2025, central US time, since the discord was created late in the evening.

On July 5th, after a poll, the Mountain Line was renovated to form a loop. This was the first significant action by LoCATE.
