The Unional Kaunihera (Lit: Unional Council) is a unicameral congress composed of representatives from the councils of all of the Federal Subjects within Pua. The Unional Kaunihera determines the general direction of all public bodies and elects the members of the Council of Ministers: a body which is tasked with executing the will of the General Secretary as well as the Kaunihera as well as directing the various Ministries. Despite its nominal authority, in practice the Kaunihera serves as a rubber-stamp for the Puan Workers' Party.
Etymology
Unional. The word "Kaunihera" is, as alluded to above, the Maori word for "Council". It has been jokingly referred to as Puarliament.
