Grass Island is the easternmost island in the Showhen Islands, west of Marcyland and east of Dolphin Island. In early 2024 it used to be part of the Republic of Marcyland before the establishment of the Territory of the Showhen Islands on 24 July 2024, when it was transferred to the newly established federal subject.
