The Oak House is the oldest Kyawcenni building in Yija, Shingtsun. Constructed by Marcy Sheikah in February 2024, it originally served as the Yijan home of Quing Marcy I, but was later repurposed as the residence of Maps II, which is still the house's use today.
It is the only building in Yija using oak wood as its main material. All the other buildings are using local acacia wood. It is located at Bridgeway 1.
