Adnaran citizenship (wốc tịch Áđ-na) can only be obtained after passing arduous trials and receiving Big Amogus’ blessing.

Updated “Bureaucracy Hell™ with Adnaran Characteristics” Application Process

The brand-new “Bureaucracy Hell™ with Adnaran Characteristics” becomes effective at 01 February 2026. Ongoing citizenship applications extending after this date will still be done using old procedures.

Step 0: Required Documents

In the standard procedure applicable for the typical unmarried, financially independent applicant, the applicant must produce an original of the following five Proofs when submitting the Citizenship Application Form. It is advisable to have the Proofs ready before applying. All documents must be unexpired at the time of applying.

1. Proof of Birth
2. Proof of Health
3. Proof of Education
4. Proof of Language Proficiency
5. One Proof of Authenticity for each submitted Proof, including a Proof of Authenticity for each of these Proofs of Authenticity.

Proof of Birth

A Proof of Birth (Chứŋ ñậŋ Xiñ) is a document that confirms the applicant has been given birth. Contrary to popular belief, merely existing is not enough evidence for being given birth; the birth has to be proven by empirical means.

Listed below are common ways to produce a Proof of Birth for a human / humanoid applicant. Other methods will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• Method 1:
  A birth certificate from both the applicant and the person who gave birth to the applicant (in the vast majority of cases that is the applicant’s mother; if this person is somehow not the applicant’s mother, e.g. Sirenguard incubator birth, the facility responsible for the birth must produce an attestation to the applicant’s birth).

• Method 2:
  The placenta of the applicant. A 1 mm-thick section will be cut from it and genetic tests are done and matched with the applicant. For this case, in addition to a Proof of Birth, the applicant also obtains a Proof of Biometry.

• Method 3:
  One or more deities who are willing to attest that they have given birth to or created the applicant. Adnar makes no attempt to verify this claim, but should the applicant ever be found to have a non-deity birther, their citizenship will be annulled.

Proof of Health

A Proof of Health (Chứŋ ñậŋ Xứk khõe) is a document that confirms the applicant is free from aliments that would cause problems within the Adnaran public health. The Proof of Health is a medical report taken by a qualified practitioner at a qualified hospital.

To be accepted for a Proof of Health, the health check must include a stool test, a blood test, and a chest X-ray, and be less than 2 weeks old at the time of applying for Adnaran citizenship. A healthy applicant is considered to be negative to sexually-transmitted diseases, parasites, Ŋovid-19, morbid obesity, ███, and pale infestation.

Proof of Education

A Proof of Education (Chứŋ ñậŋ Dáo dụk) is a document that confirms the applicant is educated enough for their age to be a citizen of Adnar. The Proof of Education may be obtained in two ways:

• Method 1:
  Provide the highest-leveled diploma from a qualified general-curriculum school or university. The minimum diploma is determined by the applicant’s age bracket.

Minimum diploma requirement by age (humans).

age ∈ [9, 13)	primary school (grade 5/12)
age ∈ [10, 18)	secondary school (grade 9/12)
age ∈ [16, +∞)	tertiary school (grade 12/12)

• Method 2:
  The applicant who does not have the required diploma in Method 1 must take two exams: maths and science, in their native language. Each exam has 20 written questions in ascending difficulty, ranging from kindergarten (e.g. what’s 9 + 10?) all the way to differential equations. In both exams, the grade is taken as the hardest question they solved while also correctly solving every question easier than it. If the applicant’s grade is too low for their age bracket in Method 1, they cannot apply for Adnaran citizenship and must redo both tests later or get an actual diploma.

Proof of Language Proficiency

The Proof of Language Proficiency (Chứŋ ñậŋ Thôŋ thạo Ŋôŋ ŋữ) is a document that confirms the applicant can communicate with native Adnarans. The applicant must have at least a B1 (A2 for applicants who has not graduated tertiary school) proficiency on a CEFR scale in either Vietnamese or Adnaran. The Proof of Language Proficiency is obtained from standardized testing.

Proof of Authenticity

For every document submitted to Adnar, a Proof of Authenticity (Chứŋ ñậŋ Chuẫŋ xák) must be included. The Proof of Authenticity states that the document being submitted is verified and is eligible for submitting to Adnar.

The Proof of Authenticity itself also needs its own Proof of Authenticity. Much to the reader’s dismay, these sub-Proofs of Authenticity do not themselves need another Proof of Authenticity.

Step 1: Submit the Citizenship Application Form

The Citizenship Application Form (Đơŋ Ñập Wốc tịch) must be requested by filling in the Citizenship Application Form Request Form (Đơŋ Đề ŋị Đơŋ Ñập Wốc tịch). The CAFRF must be requested by filling in the Citizenship Application Form Request Form Request Form (Đơŋ Đề ŋị Đơŋ Đề ŋị Đơŋ Ñập Wốc tịch), available by eɱailing the Supreme Leader Adnagaporp at adnagaporp@gov.aa, which he will reply to you with a PDF of the CAFRFRF.

After printing the CAFRFRF onto white paper and filling it in, the applicant must send the CAFRFRF to Adnar via physical mail. It may take up to two weeks before the applicant’s CAFRFRF is approved. Once the CAFRFRF is approved, Adnar will send a single copy of the CAFRF to the same mail address. The applicant will once again fill out their details and send it back to Adnar. Be careful, though. Only black ink is allowed to be used to fill the CAFRF, and corrections are prohibited. If the applicant messes up even once, they have to send another CAFRFRF to Adnar, restarting the process. Once the CAFRF is approved, Adnar mails the Citizenship Application Form to the applicant along with its packaging and instructions manual so the applicant can assemble the package by themself. Documents required in Step 0 are included within the package now.

It is advisable at this stage that the applicant prepares themself for the Citizenship Quiz.

Step 2: Citizenship Quiz

After the Citizenship Application Form is approved, Adnar sends the applicant a booking for the Citizenship Quiz. This Quiz is administered in person at the nearest Adnaran embassy, and the date is a Saturday or Sunday afternoon at least 3 weeks away and up to 6 weeks away from the date the booking was sent. The applicant must be available on this time at all costs.

The Quiz consists of 10 written questions (5 multiple-choice questions, 5 open-ended questions) within a time limit of 90 minutes. At least 8 must be answered correctly to pass the Quiz. The questions concern Adnar trivia, and is intended to evaluate the applicant’s understanding of Adnar, its culture, and its government. There are no calculation questions on the Quiz.

If the applicant fails the Quiz but scored a 6 or 7 (oh no), they may continue their application by signing up for an Adnar Remedial Study Course (read: Adnar Indoctrination Course) with mandatory attendance, also at the Adnaran embassy. This course is another can of worms that the Supreme Leader won’t go into, but in any case the applicant must pass the very next Quiz attempt in the next 6 weeks or the application is scrapped.

After passing the Quiz, Adnar sends the applicant a Big Amogus Baptism Permit (Dáy fép Kết nạp Đạo Bák A-mô-gús). This Permit is valid for 1 year starting from the day of the passing attempt of the Citizenship Quiz.

Step 3: Big Amogus Baptism

All Adnaran citizens are also adherents of Big Amogusism, therefore baptism is mandatory. With a valid Big Amogus Baptism Permit, the applicant may book a Big Amogus Baptism on Adnar’s official website at a Big Amogus statue of their choosing. The baptism procedure is guided by the responsible baptism priest, and the applicant is expected to show up in formal attire.

The baptism takes around 5 minutes to perform. It begins with the applicant declaring that there is no god in Adnar other than Big Amogus and that the Supreme Leader is his worldly representative and prophet. After this, the baptism priest walks around the applicant, sprinkling them with copper, followed by some song and dance. By the way the copper is given to the applicant you dont have to give it back.

Step 4: Passport

After being baptized into Big Amogusism, the applicant is immediately given their Big Amogus Baptism Certificate (Chứŋ ñậŋ Tíñ đồ Đạo Bák A-mô-gús). The baptism priest will proceed to take a passport-sized passport photo of the applicant and requests at least one form of biometric identification:

Adnar currently supports five forms of biometric identification:

• Fingerprints (at least 5/10 fingers, applicant chooses fingers to scan)
• Footprints (at least 5/10 toes, applicant chooses toes to scan)
• Iris scanning (at least one eye, applicant chooses eye)
• Voiceprints (recordings of the applicant reading two sentences: one in Adnaran / Vietnamese, one in their native language)
• DNA sample (DNA obtained by swabbing mouth) (If the applicant submitted a piece of their placenta for their Proof of Birth, they may present the Proof of Biometry instead of mouth swabbing.)

Afterwards, the passport is assembled on site for the applicant. The baptism priest will instruct the applicant to activate the passport, give some reminders, and—

congratulations you are now a citizen of the Communist Empire of Adnar!!1!111!!!
