| Contrary to what Kathyria's full title may imply, it is actually minarchist (not to be confused with monarchist). While there is an official ruler, this ruler is only as powerful as need be for basic national functions. As Kathyria currently has a population of 1, this means nothing; however, if/when this population is to increase, being Quing of Kathyria will be slightly meaningful (albeit not very meaningful due to very minimal power).
