Xarslasja Legislative Authority

The Xarslasja Legislative Authority Banner is used by the Akuv and his subservients in conducting land-based military, policing, and governing actions.

The Xarslasja Legislative Authority (XLA) is the legislative body and law enforcement wing of the Xaudixaum of Xarslasja.

The Council of Constituent Counties (CCC), consisting of advisors from each of the thirteen Counties of Xarslasja, determines the civil and military law codes that run society in Xarslasja.

The Legislative Authority is in charge of executing these laws throughout the nation, using Iron Golems as primary law enforcement and soldiers, librarians, and other personnel to keep order in other aspects of daily life.

After the defeat of the Gu Sabah Insurgency, the hierarchy of law enforcement was restructured and the Speaker of the House of the Legislature became the de jure head of the XLA. Under them, the Dmacixuv of the Xarslasja Royal Navy and the Akuv of the Xarslasja Terrestrial Army would lead their respective divisions.

The Xarslasja Legislature, consisting of at least one representative from each of Xarslasja's eleven counties, debated and voted on legal matters before it was replaced by the CCC in May 2026.

Divisions

The Council of Constituent Counties advise the Xaudixuv, who in turn manages the divisions of government according to those procedures and policies of his own.

The two primary divisions of the XLA are:
