Lelistat, officialy known as ApLelistat Siwot (English: Siwot of Lelistat) is a siwod in Kiatut kiser, Aprux Mexyrhat. It's located east of Munaku, in the Helium Metropolitan Area, and is simillary planned to consist mostly of landclaimed land.
History
Lelistat was built as a working class district, to supply workers for the nearby Munaku harbour. With the decline of maritime workforce demand, it became a post-industrial low-to-middle class suburbia, being part of the Helium Metropolitan Area.
