Legwa Rina [légwa ʀína], meaning Land of Ruin in Iskel, is a country in Balloon World east of Tanylezi. Its surface contains multiple snow caps and its underground contains a deep dark biome stronghold to the north and two ancient cities to the south. Thematically, Legwa Rina is the opposite of Juya Gwaña. Juya Gwaña represents beauty, peace, and openness, while Legwa Rina represents destruction, grief, and entrapment.

Much of Legwa Rina's development will be underground with minor connections to the surface (primarily in the snow). Similar to the Realm of Madness, it will heavily revolve around sculk. However, this is their only connection.

Government
The government, inspired by the Skeksis of the Dark Crystal, is led by a council of ten known as the Shadows or Tâmṣâăn [tɐ́ɱʃɐa̯n]. The Shadows rule over a land full of history, but with no populace. Their power within their ŋation only exists amongst themselves. Over time, their roles began to warp into something less suited to run a government, and more suited to control other Shadows. They never outright abuse their power for fear of retaliation from other Shadows, but their powers no longer resemble those of a coherent government.

Legwa Rina is largely an isolationist ŋation with no ties to other countries.
