The Humoric language family, also known as the Meme language family is the 69th largest language family on Nguhcraft[citation needed]. The Humoric language family appears to be closely related to the Saxo-Syzkynic language family, as most of the languages in the family appear to be creolized with English. However, similarly to French, attestations of Proto-Humoric being a Saxo-Syzkynic language are inconclusive.

Relation to other language families

Saxo-Syzkynic appears to have great influence on the Humoric language family. In particular, lgfx:Jokelang 2 and Wharfordish have exceedingly similar phonology and orthography to English. This has caused many linguistic scholars to propose a language family known as Ŋǝltaic.

Traditionally, the Ŋǝltaic language family comprises of Saxo-Syzkynic, Humoric, and Pisco-Imerchali, but some scholars expand the definition to also include Mary-Moldovan and Capitalistic. At its most extreme state, Macro-Ŋǝltaic or Ɱorean is comprised of the original three language families, Sanskrit, Basque, and Dravidian.

However, it is of note that the original Ŋǝltaic, let alone Ɱorean, is heavily disputed. One linguist, known as SeoReadeHenn, described Ŋǝltaic as "dubious and cring" and Ɱorean as "mægencring, extremely unbased, and possibly even ɽacist"[citation needed]. SeoReadeHenn's sentiment echoes across the ŋorld, with Jokelang 2 scholar ŋ't jokingly referring to Jokelang 2 as "Proto-Ŋorld".

Less controversially, the proposal that the Evil Scamming language nest within Humoric has been brought to light. Some scholars believe that Evil Scamming is a sister language to Wharfordish. These same scholars are also proponents of renaming the Wharfordish language family to "Capitalistic", similarly to Ŋǝltaicists. However, they do not make any further connections, claiming that "Saxo-Humoric, let alone Ŋǝltaicism or Ɱoreanism, is a blight on the linguistic record, and if taken seriously, jeopardizes the entire discipline". However, this is also disputed by Evil Scamming Country linguists, who hold that "scamming is a universal constant, and does not descend from any mother tongue"[citation needed].
