Constitution of Adnar

The Constitution of the Communist Empire of Adnar (Hiếŋ fáp Vươŋ wốc Cộŋ sãŋ Ád-na) is the core legal document of Adnar. It is authored by the Supreme Leader of Adnar under the guidance of Big Amogus.

Section 1. Political System

Article 1.

The Communist Empire of Adnar is an independent ŋation, with a territory existing within the overworld.

Article 2.

The government of the Communist Empire of Adnar consists of a single member, which is the Supreme Leader of the Communist Empire of Adnar.

The right to appoint and overthrow the Supreme Leader of the Communist Empire of Adnar is reserved only to Big Amogus.

The Supreme Leader of the Communist Empire of Adnar is the worldly representative and prophet of Big Amogus.

Article 3.

Any attempts to violate the Constitution, territory, independence, freedom, and peace of the Communist Empire of Adnar will be subjected to direct punishment by Big Amogus or through His worldly representative and prophet.

Article 4.

Big Amogus and His worldly representative and prophet orchestrates activities in the Communist Empire of Adnar through Ministries. The formation, dissolution, and activities of Ministries are orchestrated according to Adnaran law. All Ministries are directly overseen by Big Amogus and His worldly representative.

Ministries are encouraged to cooperate.

Article 5.

Big Amogus and His worldly representative may enact, modify, and abolish laws at any time, for any reasons. Big Amogus and His worldly representative may modify the Constitution if and only if both are informed on and agrees with the changes.

Abolishing the Constitution or making unilateral modifications to the Constitution is treason, punishable by Big Amogus.

Adnaran laws and the Constitution are valid in all territory of the Communist Empire of Adnar, all the time.

The Supreme Leader of the Communist Empire of Adnar has the obligation inform all citizens, through all possible means, to the fullest extent possible, of the modifications made to Adnaran laws and the Constitution. Modifications to Adnaran laws and the Constitution apply at the very next midnight Amogusday after the modifications are announced.

Section 2. Territory

Article X.

The Communist Empire of Adnar has entirety and unity of territory.

Article X.

The territory of the Communist Empire of Adnar is hand-drawned by Big Amogus Himself. The territory of the Communist Empire of Adnar encompasses all blocks within the borders ranging from Y = −64 to Y = 320.

Article X.

The border of the Communist Empire of Adnar consists of two Jordan curves in the XZ-plane. The territory bordered by the larger Jordan curve, shaped like Big Amogus Himself, is the Mainland of the Communist Empire of Adnar. The territory bordered by the smaller Jordan curve, shaped like a kitchen knife, is the Evil Scamming County.

In former Lavvakcesaa, the Amodingaling Autonomous Ward and the Amodingaling is part of Adnar territory.

Article X.

The entire territory of the Communist Empire of Adnar, including the Mainland, the Evil Scamming County, and the Amodingaling Autonomous Ward, is subjected to control and laws of the Communist Empire of Adnar, and is an inalienable part of the Communist Empire of Adnar.

Article X.

The capital of the Communist Empire of Adnar is Đoòng Sơn Cavern.

Article X.

The Communist Empire of Adnar has the right to lease or sell part of or the entirety of the Evil Scamming County for any competent entity. The lessee or purchaser of Evil Scamming County territory is subjected to control and laws of the Communist Empire of Adnar.

Article X.

The Communist Empire of Adnar has the right to evict any lessee or purchaser of Evil Scamming County territory for any reasons, without prior notice. The evicted lessee or purchaser of Evil Scamming County territory must return all leased or purchased Evil Scamming County territory to its original state before lease or purchase.

Article X.

The territory of the Communist Empire of Adnar must never be allowed to border any other territory on the XZ-plane.

The territory of the Communist Empire of Adnar must never be allowed to decrease in size.

Section 3. Ŋational Identity

Article X.

The ŋational language of the Communist Empire of Adnar is Adnaran.

Article X.

The ŋational mineral of the Communist Empire of Adnar is copper, the ore blessed by Big Amogus.

Copper and copper products crafted in the Communist Empire of Adnar are blessed by Big Amogus.

Article X.

The ŋational colors of the Communist Empire of Adnar are the colors of copper. This include copper orange, copper yellow, copper green, and copper cyan.

Article X.

The ŋational flag of the Communist Empire of Adnar is rectangle. The background of the ŋational flag is a vertical spectrum colored from top to bottom copper orange, copper yellow, copper green, and copper cyan. In the center of the ŋational flag is a simplified silhouette of Big Amogus, colored copper orange.

Article X.

The ŋational religion of the Communist Empire of Adnar is Big Amogusism. Big Amogusism is the religion that worships Big Amogus, His teachings, and His worldly representative and prophet.

Section 4. Human Rights; Citizens’ Rights and Obligations

Section 4.1. Human Rights

Article X.

Humans include every species that possesses intellect, language, and civilization.

In the Communist Empire of Adnar there are two native human species, which are the Homo sapiens (wise humans) and Homo amogus (amoguses). Other human species present in Adnar are classified according to their similarities to non-Homo sapiens animals.

Big Amogus is the ancestor of every amoguses.

All human species are treated as equals. Any species whose human status is ambiguous have the right to prove their humanity to the Supreme Leader of the Communist Empire of Adnar.

Article X.

Humans have uninfringable fundamental rights. Human rights are respected, protected, and guaranteed by society, Big Amogus, and His worldly representative and prophet. Humans must respect the fundamental rights of all humans.

Humans have the right to live, to eat, to drink, to breathe.

Humans have the right to private possessions, to be declared birth, to be declared dead, to personal privacy of life and information.

Humans have the right to study, to work, to movement, to recreation, to procreation, to use and trade Adnaran copper.

Humans have the right to freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of access to information, freedom of religion and faith, freedom of travelling into or out of the Commmunist Empire of Adnar.

Humans have the right to worship Big Amogus and His worldly representative and prophet.

Article X.

The fundamental rights of humans, except the right to live, cannot be revoked by any authority.

The right to live may be revoked by Big Amogus or His worldly representative and prophet only if the continued existence of the human is detrimental to ŋational security.

Section 4.2. Citizens’ Rights

Article X.

Citizens have the right to identity and identification. The means of identification is orchestrated according to Adnaran laws.

Identification of a citizen may be used and respected in legal contexts.

Citizens have the right to privacy concerning identification.

Citizens have the right to request the Communist Empire of Adnar to register and edit identification.

Article X.

Citizens have the right to education. The means of education is orchestrated according to Adnaran laws.

Citizens have the right to read, listen, write, speak any language of choice, for any reasons.

Section 4.3. Citizens’ Obligations

Article X.

Citizens have the obligation of loyalty to the Communist Empire of Adnar, Big Amogus, and His worldly representative and prophet.

Treason is the supreme crime. Citizens guilty of treason immediately and permanently have their fundamental right to live revoked by Big Amogus or His worldly representative and prophet.
