President "Skyla" Skyler Nyancy or na Sikílŕ is a Kyawcenni-Imerchali political activist. She is known for founding and leading the Depetal Sirenguard movement. She later went on to lead the Party of All Folks and becomes the Thuna of Minaro-Cohasia Autonomous District.
Political affiliation
Skyler self-identified herself as an "non-Stemon[2] socialist", founding and leading the anti-capitalistic Depetal Sirenguard movement. She aims to "gives Kirinians a voice they need". In the Depetal Sirenguard 4th meeting, she delivered a speech aiming at Stemon. Accusing him of being out-of-touch and dared him to "Live one week as a catgirl in Kirin"

In the 2026 Minaro-Cohasian First Governatorial Election, Party of All Folks selected her as their presidential candidate. In which she won 219,420 votes (~51.25% of the votes) and became the next Thuna of Minaro-Cohasia Autonomous District.
