AO-921-EX is Peleṽa Thoa-Saevakki, former Doge of Kozdenen. AO-921-EX's anomalous status was de-classified after Incident 921-α, where its abnormality was revealed to the public. After the success of Operation "Divine Intervention", it was revealed how AO-921-EX obtained its powers non-anomalously.
