Keis-Spucke Administration (Toli: Apxyratpir Mexyrhat /apʂʏratpir mɛʂʏrat/, official shortend form: KS-ADM, AXP) is a country located in southern Sea of Density (Toli: Apholam Tef, Helium Sea) Balloon World and with territories in the continent of Cornertopia. It shares a land border with B’hiy’aj Dchâjâ in the south and a maritime border with Ḿaro in the west. It is a founding member of FERRA. Its capital city is Rainsten.

KsãndraArkonn was then magicaly transported into the ŋorld, establishing the ŋation. Many duck statues were then, presumably, destroyed.

Demographics
The country has a population of 1. 100% of KS-ADM citizens declere their first language as Toli, and 100% declare their nationality as Toli.
Citizenship
there are two citizens of KS-ADM, one being factual (KsãndraArkonn) and one being honorary (Suqi). There is currently no process that would allow one to become citizen.
