The Paz Kiiam, colloquially just Paz Kiiam is a nation located to the north of Adaria on the continent of Gaarlann, with an overseas territory in central Tardagradia. It was founded on 24 April 2025 at 2:30AM UTC[1]. It is a member of the FERRA.

The Watcher was granted citizenship on 4 May 2025 at 12:26PM UTC[2] after breaking into Rivulé's house and refusing to leave, and Rivulé later clarified that breaking and entering into his house is a valid way to obtain citizenship[3].
