The Quing of Kyaw Cen is the head of state of the Kingdom of Kyaw Cen. They have veto power over any law passed by the National Assembly and the Federal Council. The current Quing of Kyaw Cen is Marcy I of the House of Sheikah.
Title
The name Quing of Kyaw Cen is a traditional title that comes from Kyaw Cen, an archipellago which Marcy I used to rule over before the expansion of their claims and the administrative reforms resulting in the creation of a proper Kingdom of Kyaw Cen.
