The national flag of the Kingdom of Kyaw Cen consists of a white sun on a blue field, partially covered by a magenta and a white stripe at the bottom. It is definted in Article 7 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Kyaw Cen. On 13 June 2024, a new alternate version of the flag has been introduced.
The national banner, as defined in Article 6, is a white flower charge on a blue banner, covered by a magenta per pale inverted, followed by a white pale sinister.
The coat of arms of the Kingdom of Kyaw Cen, according to Article 8, is defined as a white sun on a blue field in a blue circle with a narrow white border separated from the blue center by a narrow magenta border of the same width.
Color specifications
Constitutional law defines the colors used in both the flag and the coat of arms as follows:
- Blue #3941A2
- Magenta #CC3FBE
- White #FFFFFF.
Subnational banners
The banners of the three constituent republics of the Kingdom of Kyaw Cen all follow the same pattern as the national banner in order to represent a shared Kyawcenni identity in all three republics, with the banner of the Republic of Kyaw Cen being identical to the flag of the kingdom, due to it having been the administrative center of the kingdom at its establishment.
Banner | Federal Subject | Additional Information |
---|---|---|
Republic of Kyaw Cen | Identical to the national banner. It represents the blue sky and the colorful (magenta) city on top of its foundation made of sand (white). | |
Republic of Marcyland | The colors were chosen based on the first historic banner of Marcyland, which in turn was based on the trans flag. | |
Republic of Shingtsun | The yellow represents the Yijan Savanna, the first location in Shingtsun where Kyawcennis had settled. The cyan just contrasts well to it, and it makes the three flags use three different shades of blue. Some older banners have used light blue instead of cyan though. | |
Territory of Kyawcenni Pua | The golden triangle is supposed to resemble the shape of Kyawcenni Pua, while the cyan triangle symbolizes the Antsunmwasha River. Those two colors are also representing the wealth of the Kyawcenni Puan people. The flower in the banner's center is a traditional Puan symbol. | |
Territory of Ŋibraltar | A mix between the banner of Xarslasja and the flag of the Kingdom of Kyaw Cen. | |
Territory of the Showhen Islands | A traditional Showhen banner of unknown origin. |
Subnational flags
The flags of the Kyawcenni federal subjects are based on the banners above.

Kyawcenni Sun
The national sun of Kyaw Cen (Kyawcenni Sun) is usually being represented by a white circle with eight white triangles around it.
History
The first national banner used by Marcy dates back to approximately November 2023, when they created a national banner design inspired by the trans flag to represent early Marcyland. It was constructed as a light blue banner with a pink regular and inverted chevron and a white roundel.
The first flag of the Kingdom of Kyaw Cen, designed in December 2023, consisted of a white circle on a blue sky above a white and a magenta stripe. Contrary to the current flag, the white circle has actually represented the moon, not the sun. But because the Quing could not find a way to recreate this flag as a Minecraft banner, they later opted for a different, recreatable design in early 2024, which featured a white sun, and switched magenta and white for a contrast between the sun and the stripes.
