Paul is a settlement in the center of the Land of Chaos. It was built by Tyrr under the original name of Tyrrosjoskdarcácenęr, literally meaning "Tyrr's Smallhaven". It was given the name Paul by Marcy I of Kyaw Cen after being rediscovered by theidealist.
