The Tsai River (Kyawcenni: Cay, Occitan: Riu deis avets) is a river in Shingtsun that flows through Pereganesia. It starts at the Dino river in the west and ends at the Gulf of Kozdenen in the east. The landmass south of it is Transtsaia.
