The following is the exact text of the current legal codex of the Port of Eras.

Structural Laws

These laws apply to any structure in territory claimed and/or occupied by the Port of Eras or the government thereof, henceforth referred to as a "Structure" or "Structures."

Structure Alteration Law

Structures may be altered by the Chairman at any time, for any reason, without notice of any type or at any time. These changes apply to Structures constructed by other players. Players building Structures willingly waive their right to dispute changes made to their Structures. The Chairman is not required to return materials to the original builder of a Structure at any time, but may not poach valuables unnecessarily.
