Overly-Oblivious Personality Syndrome

Plebmentia is an unexplained phenomenon originating in - and largely confined to - Kozdenen, wherein a player begins to consistently forget things. It is named after the Doge of Kozdenen, Total Pleb, who is considered to be "patient zero". It has often been linked to executive dysfunction arising from ADHD, but it is frankly too ridiculous to just be that.

Examples of Plebmentia are:

• Forgetting to actually host the Big Embassies Battle™
• Forgetting to submit an entry for the Nguhrovision Song Contest 2024
• Forgetting to actually join the server for a hot minute
• Forgetting to build embassies and Cenrail stations abroad

A form of severe Plebmentia was discovered in Vilantnen named "sqmentia" after sq. Examples of sqmentia include:

• Forgetting to label Parkow on the Cenrail Map
• Forgetting to give codes to various stations
• A ridiculous amount of typos in speech
• Poor articulation of rhotic consonants
• Broken grammar similar to that of Singlish
• Forgetting to finish a build
• Being an object fountain (typically heads or doors)
