Oaksby (Kośtsiśtsi: Xóksebi [xoksəbɪ], Russian: Дубск Dubsk [dupsk], Malagasy: Ôkâby [okəbʲ]) is a town co-ruled by Dróstsiśtsi and Bootland. It was formerly called Lower Ruxese and a part of the city of Ruxese in the former CMCic Federation.
