The Monarch of Kyaw Cen is the head of state of the Kyawcenni Realm and Co-Prinčeps of Moldova. They have veto power over any law passed by the National Assembly and the Federal Council. The current Quing of Kyaw Cen is Marcy I of the House of Sheikah.
Title
The name Monarch of Kyaw Cen is a traditional title that comes from Kyaw Cen, a city and archipelago which Marcy I used to rule over before the expansion of their claims and the administrative reforms resulting in the creation of a proper Kingdom of Kyaw Cen.
