In order to access and edit pages in the ŋiki, you need to be logged in. It's for the sake of privacy (since Wikimedia logs IPs if a non-logged in user is editing or creating pages) and for the sake of protecting unsolicited edits that could otherwise harbour misinformation.
Account Creation
Accounts cannot be created by simply signing up in nguhcraft, and you cannot use your own wikimedia account either. Each account has to be manually approved by the ŋiki moderators, Annwan or Ætérnal. To start this process, directly message either one on Discord and request an account from them. They will set up a temporary account and password which you will use for your first login. Then, they would also recommend you change your password after that.
Lost Passwords
If you have lost the password to your account, you can contact the ŋiki moderators to change your password, which you will then have the option to reset it after logging in.
Abuse of Account
Having a ŋiki account is a privilege which can be easily taken away if users are caught abusing it. If you are caught with vandalizing pages multiple times, the account can be easily deleted or banned and you wont be able to edit anymore. Incidents have already sparked up from severe vandalism, which has led to bans across the ŋiki and/or discord server. Which is why it's important to follow the server rules, especially here.
