Twirne Šingtinne /twiɻ.nɛ ʂiɰ̃.ti.nɛ/ (Kyawcenni for Town of the Shingtin pass), more commonly known as Twirne or sometimes Šingtinne[1], is a town and municipality in southern Shingtin, a region in Shingtsun, Kingdom of Kyaw Cen.
