Evil Skamming Kountry is a ŋation in Archipelagia bordering Evil Scamming Country and Evil Sqamming Country. Its capital and current only city is Tchilvana. The etymology of this name is unclear, but it is probably unrelated to the similar-sounding Chillvana.
