| The ǩıltmom people migrated across the [[Great Sea]] and [[Coldban Ocean]] from [[Juya Gwaña]]. After reaching the shores of Ŋafrica, they discovered an abandoned land with various colorful buildings and decided to setlle down there. They named their new country ''Legw Kılıtan Tmo'' "Land of Various Colors", but it is frequently shortened to Ǩıltmo.

Because land was used extensively for builds, little space remains for towns or cities for the ǩıltmom people. As a result, they have decided to make use of Ǩıltmo's large water territories to build primarily coastal, island, underwater, and aerial infrastructure (note: this does not yet exist).
