Qosculyn (Qosysyn: Qosculẏn [ˈχɔs.ku.lən], Russian: Хоскулян (Hoskulyan) [ˈxos.kʊ.lʲɪn]), officially Principality of Qosculyn (Qosysyn: Qosculẏs Sarcul [ˈχɔs.ku.ləs ˈsar.kul], Russian: Княжество Хоскулян (Knyazhestvo Hoskulyan) [ˈkʲnʲa.ʐɨ̞s.tvə ˈxos.kʊ.lʲɪn]) is a country in the Land of Chaos, ruled by Prince Martuc, the first of his name & dynasty, therefore nicknamed by his subjects as "Martuc Sartunn" - "Prince Martuc", or more literally, "Martuc the Prince".

Chronology

17.05.25 AD 17:32 JDT

Martuc founds Qosculyn (at the time named H'usculan).

04.06.25 AD 20:17 JDT

The country is renamed to H'osculan.

09.06.25 AD 00:28 JDT

The country assumes it's current name of Qosculyn.

16.06.25 AD 21:06 JDT

The country expands, thus gaining direct access to the ocean. Previously Qosculyn had sea access only via rivers.

12.07.25 AD 01:05 JDT

Qosculyn joined LoCATE.

31.08.25 AD 02:05 JDT

The country expands further North seizing full control of the Grand Northern Land. Along with that the River Islands in the South are abandoned as well as the Mountainous Land in the West.

Along with that an Administrative Reform happened: the used territory was divided into 5 relatively small wards, while the remaining large swaths of unused territory were divided into 6 Lands.

After a LoCATE vote the two Southernmost wards were transferred to LoCATE as its first two condominia.

Prince Martuc in his decree confirmed the transfer as well as announced that the Southern Land is abandoned.

The base of Martuc Sartunn was officially made the capital of the State & officially named Muthup (from Mut-Phup "Mountian Home"
