Fenizuela, officially the Heavenly Æmírate of Fenizuela, sometimes spelled as Phoenizuela, is a large arid ŋation located in eastern Thasusa on the Sea of Enkavak. She is known to be one of the few absolute monarchies of the ŋorld; she is carried gracefully by Carlota I's divine wisdom and callid discretion.
